Service Tax Registration Certificate

Certificate of Registration under Employees State Insurance Act

Certificate of Registration with Employee Provident Fund Commissioner

License Holder as per Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act 2005 and Karnataka Private Security Agency Rules 2008 (issued by District Superintendent of Police or an officer of an equivalent or higher Rank)

The calculation sheet to show how the percentage of service charge he quoted will be justifiable with expenditure he incurred with respect to wages, PF, ESI, Service Tax, TDS, Contractors Service Charges and other expenditure related warehouse service contract

Tenderer has to submit the Returns of ESI, PF and GST / Service Tax, Professional Tax in the recent past three years without fail

The tenderer has to submit Latest valid Form-C issued by the labor department withatleast10times of the tender manpower as the staff working in his/her organization

The Tenderer must have been ISO 9001-2015, ISO 27001-2013 & ISO 20000-1&2018 certified for providing Manpower services

The Tenderer should have paid ESI EPF Payment within the Stipulated Due time. Tenderer Should provide ESI EPF Payment Challans from April 2021 to August 2024

Certificate of Registration under Professional Tax issued by Karnataka State Commercial Tax Department

Minimum five years (up to FY 2024-25) experience in deploying Manpower personnel to State Government Departments, State Government Undertakings. Certificates by competent authorities should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal in support of meeting this requirement

The tenderer has to submit Last Three years paid receipts of labor welfare fund paid to the welfare commissioner Karnataka labor welfare board FORM D to be submitted

The tenderer should comply with the minimum wages as per the zones specified by Department of Labor

The Tenderer must have made profit during the past 3 Financial Years. Supporting financial of the organization should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal

Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Tenderer for the three years (2021-22, 2022-23& 2023-24) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant

Certificates of any other Registrations required under the Applicable Law for successfully providing the Services under this Contract
