Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (colour & shade as approved by GE) in vertical surface of size 450mmX 300mmX7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified light shade (shade as approved by GE) ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid (joint free) ceramic coloured (colour & shade as approved by GE) tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or beading layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for false ceiling with exposed metal (PPGI) framework/ “Tee” Grid providing and fixing of suspended Tee gird false ceiling using “T” Gird System – powder coated GI (PPGI) exposed grid false ceiling suspension system in grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 32 x 24mm x 0.3mm thick, cross tee 26mm x 24mm x 0.3mm thick and wall angle 24mm x 24mm x 0.40mm thick using 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement board (Make: Everest, type/pattern -oceanicor equivalent of Armstrong/Charminar as approved) of size 595 x 595mm, an asbestos Free fibre cement board manufacture using high Pressure System Curing technology. T gird Framing is suspended using 4mm GI/MS bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip, also providing provisions for light fixtures, air conditioning diffusers and ducts, sprinklers, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1220mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at not more that 300mm from the adjacent wall. 1220mm/600mm Cross Tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 600mm c/c, so as to from 600mm x 600mm or 1200mm x 600mm grid, confirming IS 14862 & type B category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part – 3 & B. S- 476 part 4,5,6,7 & 8 should be placed in Gird module to form after and including dismantling of old false ceiling complete as per the drawing & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description etc complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, railings, framed brackets, walk ways, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0 Gde-E-165 complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
