Schedule "A" Part-I & Part-II:- Demolition of precast concrete articles and precast block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete,all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets in ceiling, all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete M-10, type C-1, solid blocks (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in solid block masonry exceeding 10 cms in width, set in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified. Note: (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 160 of MES SSR 2010 Part-II

Steel clip-in false ceiling system with steel plain, perforated, beveled edged tile (600mmx600mm) manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick polyster coil coated galvanised steel having 180 grams zinc coating. Coil coated steel tile shall have 20 micron polyster coated finish on front side and back coat of 5 micron alkalys primer. Two sides of each tile shall be raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring clip-in profile allowing for demounting of individual tiles. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of galvanized steel 0.50 mm thick clip-in profile of size 38mm x 20 mm and installed at 600 mm c/c spacing to support the tiles. Wall suspension angle, clip-in profiles shall be suspended and jointed fs of size 24 mm X 24 mmX 0.40mm thick are suspended from roof structure by GI ceiling brackets. wall suspension angles of size 24mmx24mm and 0.40mm thick are suspended from the roof structure by GI ceiling brackets. Wall suspension angle are made of coil coated steel matching the colour of tile. They are jointed to the clip in-profile system by hold on clamps. The tiles/ planks are held in place by pressure clips as per manufacuters instructions for spacing. In the flexible system the hanger and butterfly clip replace the suspension angle including necessary scaffolding all as per manufacuters specifications/ instructions and specified and directd by GE. Factory made EPS core solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS board, 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelaminated PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm Plain prelaminated PVC Sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing on Page No. 161 of MES SSR Part-II. The door shall on all edges to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm (5 mm X 2) thick and 25 mm wide PVC sheet for three sides and 60 mm wide PVC sheet for lock side. The lipping shall be bonded to the 2 mm moulded/ plain PVC sheet with solvent cement all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free, coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (400mm X 400mm), as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free, coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm (600mm X 600mm), as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic, premium quality, joint free, coloured/ printed tiles 450mm x 350mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

30mm thick cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg ) as in flooring, finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick walls/ concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Prepration of old wall surface by removing existing treatment by scarping, brushing etc including making surface clean , dry and free from any loose paint film, dirt, chalk, grease, fungus and algae and filling holes, dents, cracks with mixture of white cement mortar and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty (applied in two layers), finished smooth with sand paper complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic, antifungal plastic emulsion exterior weather proof paint over avcoat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor for light point, socket point/ power point etc. in PVC casing and caping, surface pvc/ steel conduits, wood batten with clips including taking down board any type and size complete with any type of switches, sockets, holders, (batten or pendent type), ceiling rose etc. The light fittings (any type), main switches, distribution board with MCB’s of any capacity and make are to be removed/ replaced if required and all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Existing fan regulator (any type) and electric meters are to be refixed and connected properly where required.

30W LED street light with main housing should be of pressure die casting with uniform thickness and proper heat sink design to ensure fast heat dissipation. XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc including testing complete and taking out old unservicable cable all as specified.

Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking out old unservicable rod, all as specified.

Aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with minimum two no saddles per running metre and fixing screws, pvc gutties etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking out old unservicable strip, all as specified.

Renewal of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw, all as specified and directed.
