M & L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bitumen macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with paving bitumen VG-30 content of 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by hot mix process laid/spread manually and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber & gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 @ 5Kg/10 Sqm on existing black top surface all as specified.

M&L for Semi Dense Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc, required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces tobe level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specifications No-803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellowcomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapir cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed. Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing/ thrown away at low lying area, distance & location as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete of 75mm thick, 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.
