Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per technical specifications (Design attached as Annexure - A). Sign face: Sign face shall be made in 8 mm thick 040 white acrylic having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Frame: Sign frame 50 mm wide Powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M double side tape from the other side. The panel should be made easily openable for maintenance and as per technical specifications. Sign internal Structure: Providing and fixing Framework of Aluminium 25mmx 25 mm hollow square sections. Shall be directly fixed to the sign frame. Suspender: Providing and fixing Stainless steel 35 x 35 mm Hollow sections (assuming typical length of 1 metre) mounted on slabs/ beams/ walls. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots. Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together and as per technical specifications. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete in all respect as per drawing/ specification as required.

Sign face: Digitally printed Graphics on vinyl pasted on 3mm thick black acrylic mounted on walls/ claddings/ panelling's using 3M VHB Double Side Tape.

Size of Signage - 250 x 300 (signage content / matter shall be as approved by AAI)
