Cost for constrcuction of boulder bund and Apron : Light Jungles: Clearing light jungles and trees up to 15 cm. girth including cutting, uprooting roots and stumps, removing them from the site of the work, etc. complete as directed. (When 30% of the area is covered by shrubs, trees etc).
Collection and supply of river boulder of size 23cm to 30cm in average and minimum Weight 30 Kg having (i) specific gravity not less than 2.65 and Materials properties conforming to IS 2386 part III & IV 1963 free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including necessary carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks at site, payment of forest royalty, monopoly, etc. (10% under sized boulder is allowable for packing/filling the gaps occurred during execution of works) Complete as directed. (15% deduction will be made from the stack measured quantities on account of void). Quarry = At Saralpara River bed quarry.
Supply of galv. Hexagonal wire netting rolls 152mm (6") mesh of size 15.24m x 3.66m (50' x 12' ) longitudinal wire at 152mm(6") center made of 8BGW wire triply twisted including loading and unloading and stacking etc. complete as directed by the deptt (weight of each roll should not be less then 83 kg).
Supplying of galvd. wire netting sheets made of 8G wire of 152 mm (6") square mesh in sheets of overall size 2.57 m × 1.66 m (8'6" × 5'6") including 76 mm projection of each wire on all sides 2.42 m × 1.50 m (8'0" × 5'0") having knots of 12G at every joints including unloading and stacking properly, complete as directed by the department (weight of each sheet should not be less then 6.30 Kg) (taxes extra) .
Construction and supply of W.N Box of size 1.50m x 1.50m x 0.45m made of mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shape wire mesh with made of low carbon high ductile MS wire with heavy class of galvanization with an additional layer of PVC coating with mesh type of 10x12 as per EN 10223 & ASTM A975, mesh wire of 2.70mm (ID)/3.70mm(OD) tensile strength of 450-500/mm2 edge wire/ selvedge around it at least 2.50 times, lacing wire (Zinc PVC coated ) of 2.20mm (ID)/3.20mm (OD) PVC coating thickness of 0.50mm nominal, 0.38mm minimum and with average weight per unit being 10kg with additional 3% of weight of box for lacing wie upplied separately supporting the facing of the box with Zinc coated steel wire of required length as directed comping with A.S.T.M and Europian norms inclluding payment all duties, sale tax any other taxes as applicable loading, Unloading and stacking them at the site of work in measurable stacks, complete as directed.
Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section /slope including removing the soils at a safe distance, complete as directed.
Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel/ sand etc. from the approachable site beyond 150m and up to 3.00Km from the work site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 (ten) ton capacity truck, supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.
Labour charge for dumping boulder in cage made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57x1.66m of 8G galvanized wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheet by tying the projected wires ( wire netting sheet supplied by the department free of cost within 150m of work site) filling boulder inside in cage launching the same in position as directed including all handling charges and including site carriage of boulder from stack yard/ dump site within a distance of 150 m.etc. complete as directed. Without Boat.
Labour charge for dumping boulder in PVC coated WN cage of size 1.50m x 1.50m 0.45m including properly placing and arranging the boulder inside the crates and lacing, tying the cage with Zink coated wire supplied separatery ( PVC coated WN box should be supplied by the department free of cost within 150m of work site), launching/placing the same in position as directed including all handling charges and local carriage of boulder within a distance of 150m etc. complete as directed . Labour charge for dumping boulder in sausage made of hexagonal wire netting rolls of size (15.24x3.66)m (supplied by the department. free of cost) cutting the netting as required making the sausage by tying the projected ends with 8G wire including supplying & tying the wire at every joint after filling the sausage with boulders properly and launching in places handling charges including site carriage of boulder from stack yard/ dump site within a distance of 150m.etc. complete as directed. Without Boat.
Earth work in filling by mechanical means including ramming means by deploying hydraulic excavator and trippers etc. with locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil with all lead and lift, transporting to site, spreading, dressing as per design section including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, payment of forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted earth work on account of shrinkage).
