Primary Surge Protection: (I/P) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 kA, 3 phase Surge Diverter with neutral protection using single block metal oxide varistor (BMOV) in pre-wired IP55 grade metal enclosure and shall be provided on the mains power entry point in compliance with IEC 61643/IEEE C62.41/ASNZ 1768/ANSI Standards complete with sensing circuit, potential free contacts, necessary indications and real time monitoring of voltages. To be connected in the existing panels in parallel as per specification for the following locations 1. Technical Building 2. NDB

SECONDERY PROTECTION: SITC of 40 Amps Multistage 3 phase Series Power Filter CLASS 2 with neutral protection with MOV 40 KA, 8/20 micro Sec. for neutral to earth & 25 KA, 8/20 micro Sec. for Line to neutral rating in IP55 grade Powder coated metal enclosure with sensing circuit, necessary indications and real time monitoring of voltages and current, suitable rating service / bypass changeover switch at the UPS output including all accessories such as suitable rating inter connecting copper cables, MCBs, end terminations, fixing arrangement of the power filter etc complete as required as per specification for the following locations. 1. DVOR/DME 2. Equipment Room

EQUIPMENT LEVEL (O/P) PROTECTION:- Supply of 120KA Surge protection device against the protection from Noises, ESD, EPR and abnormal electrical characteristics which enter from power and other service lines and ensuring clear bonding potential (earth to Neutral voltage) less than 1.0V to be connected in parallel to the circuit, Confirming to CE, tested and certified as per latest certification (IEC-61643-1, IEC-61000-4-5, IEC-61000-6-1, IEC61000-6-3) in Pre-wired metal enclosure with real time monitoring of voltages and pulverulent body painting including all accessories as per the specifications for the following loctions. 1. Supply of Equipotential bonding and transient earth bonding (TEB)with following specification Operating voltage : up to 230V DC Firing voltage : 230V DC Impulse firing voltage : <600V at 1 Kv / us Surge rating : 20KA 8/20us or better Enclosure Rating : IP68 explosion proof enclosure with proper entry glands. For interconnecting all earthing systems including previously available earthing systems and all other external metal structures. An equi-potential earth bus bar (EEB) to be provide and the TEB & EEB shall be enclosed in a whether proof enclosure with proper entry glands and termination etc. as required as per the specifications for the following locations. 1.
