DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE, ATTENDING BREAKDOWNS AND CALL ON REPAIRS FOR 24 HRS, FOR SECURITY LIGHT, HIGH MAST LIGHT, DOCK LIGHT, TOWER LIGHT AND AREA LIGHT, REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE CABLES, SECURITY LIGHTS, FLOOD LIGHTS, CONTROL GEAR, OTHER FIXTURES

Attending day to day complaints and call on repair / replacement of street lights at jetty area including lights on pole, tower, high mast, and on ground or on wall by providing suitable man power not less than one electrician and one helper for all days including Holidays & Sundays. The scope of works on call on repair/ are as under:- (a) Checking of timer panel for proper functioning. (b) Checking of main control switch gear from substation or distribuiton pillar boxes for proper functioning. (c) Checking of junction boxes or poles/tower /highmast for proper cable connection for proper functioning.. (d) Checking of 3 pole contractor & decarbonising of contact points for proper functioning. (e) Checking of LT cable from main switchgear to street light Junction board for proper functioning. (f) Dismantling of non - function street light from pole / ring pole security light / tower light / flood light of height less than 10 mtr height and repair of the same by replacement unserviceable items like LED driver, connector block, decarbonising contact points and refixing the same to pole of any type security light

NOTE:- 1. Contractor should engage qualified electricians and helpers in sufficient Nos to attend and rectify the defects with in reasonable time period. (2) Job card for electrical complaint shall be issued by concern JE and shall be returned to concerned JE on completion of each job work. (3). Replacement of spares / cables etc shall be measured and paid separately as supply only and labour element for taking down the replacement of spares is included in the unit rate quoted under4 this item. (4) Work shall be executed upto 10 metre height)

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed copper flexible electric cable 6 sqmm 6 core, 1100 Volts grade and dismantling wornout/defective cables from top of highmast light to bottom control panel, through high mast pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed copper flexible electric cable 1.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volts grade and dismantling wornout/defective cables from SL/Flood light fitting at pole top to JB at bottom of pole, through pole. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed copper flexible electric cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volts grade and dismantling wornout/defective cables from SL/Flood light fitting at pole top to JB at bottom of pole, through pole. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade cross section area 6 Sqmm 2 core including dismantling taking down unsv one from trench/gallery/tower. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for servicing, repair, maintenance of Timer Panel including replacement of burnt MCCB, Contactor, Timer, Control wiring for trouble free functioning including cleaning inside and outside, painting of Timer Panel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint & necessary welding works complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of MCCB, MCB, Timer, Contactor shall be measured as supply only.

Note: HDPE pipe measured separately

S&F PVC junction box of outdoor type, weather proof, with provision of hole at bottom for cable entry, hinged door with locking arrangement, of size not less than 200mm (L) x 100mm(B) x 300mm (H) incl taking down unserviceable one, fixed to pole with MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers complete including one 3ph 4 pole connection block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete using clean, dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' laid breadthwise along length of cable in trenches after sand cushioning laid for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable street pole from existing place and supply & erect as per existing design and commissioning of steel tubular swaged pole of type 410-SP-22, 9 M long, confirming to IS 2713/1980 including forming of bend (swan neck) at top approx 1.5 M with 120° & painting with 2 coats of epoxy paint over coat of epoxy primer externally including two coats of silver paint and letter writing with black paint such as source of supply, pole No. and 10cm width flourecent , paint on circumference of pole at a height 2.25 M from ground level all as specified and directed.
