Providing Annual Operation, Maintenance and Supply for the property and water tax dept as providing yearly tax collection postings, Bills of taxes, demand registers and collection register, for property & water tax dpet as per requirement of Fursungi Uruli Devachi Municipal Council with preprinted multicolor stationary and maintaining the software Manpower requirement for Operations & Maintenance Of existing software of tax available with Municipal Council, Help Desk/Call Center etc as per tender document scope of work for 5 Years as per section 5.1

Supplementary New Property Survey and Assessment Work- Numbering, property survey,Property,Data collection for evaluation and assessment for new property and new construction, amendments, modifications properties, and any area or any property time to time ordered by Municipal Council, Computerization of all collected data and link all data to software. Providing services and Carrying out all detail work mentioned in scope of work as per section 5.2.
