SPL REPAIR TO RAOD NEAR MECHANICAL LAUNDRY AT IMA DEHRADUN

M&L for removing herbs, grasses, plant roots from surfaces of roads and berms completely spraying a coat of approved branded herbisides chemicl emulsion 100 EC @1.0 ltit per ten sqm area or as per manufacturer's instructions to stop the further groth of grasses etc including all preventive measure for spraying and removal of debries to a distance of 50 meters and depositing where directed.

M&L for scarifing or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50 mm but not exc100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (for sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, spread thickness 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 75mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM), grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013

M&L for preparation of unsurfaced wet mix macadam (WMM) old or new by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tone roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surface of bituminous macadam by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally cleaned the surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc having black top surface and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumin VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight or total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller with required camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant and using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continous brick edging with burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' old size bricks with width equal to width of brick, laid dry on end edge vertically complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminuous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashs arrows etc and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thrmo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as speciied and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens relector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacures instructions.

S&F in repair IP-67 grading 4 LED customizable flasing /blinking solar delinators poly earbonate (clear & UV resistart) body mounted on 1 m long MS pole 65 mm dia powder coated alongwith coated mesh having red, yellow & white coloured (total 3 Nos) reflective tapes of high intensity solar panel should be mono crystalline /polycrystalline 4 volts /300 MA or above with minimum 48 hrs backup on flash mode after fully charaged including fixing in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, size of PCC block shall be 20 x 20 x 30cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium body solar studs red/amber colour with shank size 100 x 100 x 25mm with solar panel mono - crystalline 2.4 V /0.3W with 4 Nos super bright LED (2 Nos each side) and Ni-Mh battery power storage 1.2V/1600 MA life cycle 72-96 hours after fully charged. The stud shall able to with stand the load of 10 ton approx and up to 1000 meters visibility all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Convex Mirror circular type of size 1.0m (1000mm) dia made of polycarbonate body with acrylic miror face not less than 3.0mm thick, complete with stainless steel pipe of 75 mm dia and 2.00m length (Grade 30G) inluding nut, bolt, adjustable bracket /clamp system for mounting, fixed in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in fdn block not less than 300x300x300mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C- 2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, strainght or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made precast plain /perforated RCC manhole cover of size 900x450x70mm of M-30 grade of concrete reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar of Fe - 500 grade at 150mm c/c spacing both way with strong vibrating compaction by vibratary table complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Neeru finish to plastering complete all as specified and directed.
