M & L for preparing of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing any mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust/dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen emulsion @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick bituminous premix semi- dense asphaltic concrete consolidated thickness using VG 30 paving bitumen with 5.50 % binder by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant , rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with minimum 4% paving binder by using bitumen Grade VG-30 by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen, applied and mixed in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing road stud of size 110 x 128 x 30mm, two way reflective, aluminium alloy body, Red or Amber colour, complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable / broken road stud of any type. Notes :- Reflector shall be positioned at the best eye guiding level so that drivers shall be warned from a safe distance.

M&L for marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work exc 10 cm width or girth on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality & make with 8% glass beads laid at temperature 160 C with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instructions & traffic diversion arrangement .

S & F convex mirror of 800 mm dia with MS poles of 80 mm Dia medium grade (length of poles is 2.00m) fixed with cleats and hooks including nuts, embedded in post holes of size (40cm x 40cm x 60cm) in PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary excavation and earth work and removaal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair road safety Convex Mirror of size 800 mm dia made of one piece polycarbonate lens with hood for road turning, intersection, curves, ‘T’ junction, etc, unbreakable & strong, to be mounted on 2.50 metre long vertical pole fixed with adjustable clamp, including All steel & iron surfaces other than powder coated shal two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviceable / broken mirror with pole of any type & size.

S&F High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) grade retro reflective sheet in approved colour including writing letters, numerical, arrows, dashes, signs, symbols, etc of height & width upto 30cm, cutting precisely in required shape & size, pasting on old/new stainless steel / mild steel / fiber sheet of sign board including removal of old unserviceable sheet where required and preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
