SH:I SITC OF PASSENGER BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM

SUPPLY OF DEPARTURE CONVEYOR SYSTEM Design, Manufacturing and supply of following equipments/components of departure conveyor system compatible for in-line CT-EDS Baggage Screening system and conveyor layout drawings, including BHS component, IT network and control cables from control panel to various drive units, accessories as per technical specification and any other item as required for successful commissioning of system of following (excluding security machines).

Supply of Check-in conveyor system in two sections comprising of Weighing, Dispatch and Labeling conveyor of minimum 1.2 metre length each and minimum 0.65 metre nominal width between side guards along with drive unit for each conveyor section with display range of 0-150kg and including toppling devices etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications and drawing.

Supply of Take away/collector conveyor, inner useful width shall be minimum 1000mm as per requirement including drive unit for collecting baggage from dispatch conveyor complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications and drawing.

Supply of Gravity Roller Conveyors formed from 50 mm diameter heavy-duty rollers at an appropriate pitch to suit the intended duty made out of utility grade stainless steel including support etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications and drawing

Supply of Height Limiter made up of stainless steel with photo-sensor to detect the over height of baggage including proper support arrangement and fault reset button etc. complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications and drawing

Supply of Automatic Tag Reader for departure conveyer system suitable for 360 degree scan complete in all respect and as per technical specifications and drawing

Supply of Heavy duty endless slat type flat departure baggage carousel system of 70 m length as per drawing having nominal useful width of 1000 mm, having rubber slats black in colour with smooth top of PVC/PU/Rubber, antistatic, flame retardant, speed of 24- 30 mtrs/ min. The carousel shall have die-cast aluminimum chain block friction type, required IE 3 motors, drive units, soft / VFD starter, control panels as required, wirings, cabling upto control panel,LAN Profi Bus/ ProFi Net connectors etc. complete with overlapping slats finished chain track unit frame work tension adjustment device , toe-kick plate at inner & outer sides, rubber slat of suitable dimensions with MS slat support having live loading capacity of 60kgs per linear meter and all other accessories including cutting and drilling of holes ,equipment grouting, earthing, necessary wiring, connection / interconnection etc. as required for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system complete in all respect and as per Technical specification and drawing.

Manufacturing & Supply of PLC based control panel incorporating switch gears, suitable soft starting mechanism with field device wiring up to panel, consisting of control switches, LAN Profi Bus/ProFi Net connectors, protective devices against overloads, earth leakage relay, single phase preventor, emergency stop push buttons and other components suitable for operation & safety of departure conveyor system integration with system, including check-in conveyor and for interfacing & integration with CT-EDS, X-BIS, ETD etc., supply amd laying of required length of power and control cables and other remote control panels etc. required for power distribution for the departure conveyor system etc. complete in all respect and as per technical specification and drawing. (1+1 in Cold Standby Configuration=1 job)

Design, supply of SCADA system with PLC ,Sort Allocation Computer(SAC) etc. for departure and arrival system consisiting of SCADA server indicating GUI, alarm and msg, start stop,LAN Profi Bus/ ProFi Net connectors etc. Job includes supply of all type of hardware and licensed SCADA ,SAC software along with redundant reporting server with necessary installation acessories to accrue, process, store and retrive the baggage processing data Confirming to TSA/ECAC requirement and SITC of PC, required software and coloured printer suitable for printing on A4 size paper etc. complete in all respect and as per technical specifications and drawing

Supply of TSA/ECAC certified/approved Plastic Tubs of minimum 4 mm thickness suitable for carrying the small and odd sized baggages, compatible for induction into BHS and CT Screening machines, measuring length 900 mm, width 480 mm and height 150 mm complete in all respect and as per Technical specification.

Supply of Ball Table constructed from Heavy Duty Mild Steel box section, with mild steel balls securely attached to the table of nominal dimension 1500 mm x 1500 mm etc. complete in all respect and as per technical specification.

Supply of Baggage Status Display (BSD) unit along with associated work stations at level-3 and Level 4 with remote control box for communication to PLC CPU incluiding minimum 21'' BSD display, Hand held Scanner, Serial Communication with SVS Computer of CTX system, Remote Interface box for communication with PLC CPU, BSD user application software, and BSD Communication Software Module and reporting server with PLC CPU and reporting Client software confirming to TSA/ECAC requirement etc. complete in all respect and as per technical specification.

Supply of Manual Encoding Stations for departure system complete in all respect and as per technical specifications.

SUPPLY OF ARRIVAL CAROUSELS Design, Manufacturing and supply of following equipments/components of arrival conveyor system compatible for in-line x-ray inspection system as per the technical specifications and conveyor layout drawings, including BHS component, IT network and control cables from control panel to various drive units, accessories as per technical specification and any other item as required for successful commissioning of system of following (excluding x-ray machines).

Manufacturing and supply of heavy duty race track slat type inclined arrival baggage reclaim carousels conveyor of shape as per drawing, of length 74 m, useful width 1200mm (minimum), having slope angle as given in technical specification and speed of 24-30 metres /min (approx). Conveyor shall have die cast aluminum chain block, friction type, required IE 3 motors, drive units, soft / VFD starter, drive unit, control panels as required, wirings, cabling upto control panel LAN Profi Bus/ ProFi Net connectors etc. slat shall be made of 5mm thick (minimum) antistatic &flame retardant moulded rubber and mounted on slat support of suitable dimensions made of M.S./ aluminium sheet painted slat support having loading capacity of 100 kg per meter linear, with stainless steel side covering, toe kick plate, trim / facia finish, emergency stop push bottons, chain track, drought curtains etc with all other accessories as required for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system complete in all respect and as per technical specifications, drawing and site conditions etc.

COMMON ITEMS FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CONVEYOR SYSTEM

Supply of Transport Conveyor/feeder conveyor (Straight/ inclined/ declined) of inner useful belt width shall be minimum useful width 1000mm between side walls including required IE3 motors, drive units, soft / VFD starter, control panels as required, wirings, cabling upto control panel etc. for Arrival and Departure BHS to match with CT-EDS, XBIS, tracking conveyors and horizontal transport conveyors as requried inclusive of drive unit for each section etc. complete in all respect and as per technical specification and drawings.

Supply of Queuing/metering Conveyors of minimum 1.2 metre length, inner useful belt width shall be minimum 1000mm between side walls including required IE3 motors, drive units, soft / VFD starter, control panels as required, wirings, cabling upto control panel etc. suitable for high start/stop frequency for arrival and departure BHS as per design with grooved belt as required, complete in all respect and as per technical specifications and drawing.

Supply of Horizontal Diverters for transfer of the baggage to conveyor that shall be set at an angle of 90 degrees (horizontal plane) to the delivery conveyor including Drive Units for arrival and departure BHS as per design as required, complete in all respect and as per Technical specifications and drawing.

Supply of Power curves of inner useful belt width shall be minimum 1000mm as per site requirement width between guards including Drive Unit, supports, side guides as required, for arrival and departure system complete in all respect and as per Technical specifications and drawing.
