Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pathway or sub base of floors, finished the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring laid adopting panel dimension not exceeding 1200mm x 1200mm, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only” under serial item No. 10 (here-in-below) of this BOQ.

Supply only glass dividing strips 38mm wide, 3mm thick and inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for setting coat 5mm thick, CM 1:2, as in skirting, trowelled to even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating & including use and waste of formwork (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating & including use and waste of formwork (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for soft/loose earth filling under floors and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick each and consolidation complete all as directed. Note:- Earth obtained from item Nos. 02 & 03 (here-in-before) shall be used.

M & L for anti-termite treatment to the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for anti-termite treatment to the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for anti-termite treatment to the soil along with external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of the perimeter wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces & including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding and levelling course on roof and terrace laid to a consolidated thickness of 25mm, finished even & fair, laid and compacted in slope complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of make super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or ‘Hyper Plas’ (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or ‘Shaliplas’ (polyester) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd or Hydrostop water proofing memdrane manufactured by M/S TIKIDAN as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt (weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm), with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or ‘EMW FLATE’ of M/S Texas India Ltd} at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing with a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:3, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, applied @1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 ml/Sqm. (vi) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing & incluidng top cover, anchrong rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for safety lever locks mild steel with 4 leavers for rolling shutters of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 as in columns, pillars piers, posts & struts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.
