Manning, operation & recording log sheet pump House No-1 & 2 for 08 months by Pumping, refilling the RCC/Steel OH resorvoir & distributing the water to concerend area through Mannual/Scada auto electric Panel including chlorination of water by Gas/liquid dozing & operating all connected/concerned LT panel/Switch gear/Stunt by DG Set/Sluice valves & carring out daily maintenance/check as per SOP issued by Department. Details of Major items: (a) Submersible pump set 27.5 HP & 60 HP (b) DG Set 50 KVA & 160 KVA (c) Gas Chlorination -02 Nos (d) Liquid Chlorine Doser -01No Shifts timing : 1st Shifts 0600 hrs to1400 hrs .2nd shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 3rd shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. Operating Staff required = ONE Operator (FGM) Fitter Genaral Mechanic (semi skilled) per shift,Shifts required = Three shift of 08 hours daily including Sunday & Holiday. Basic rate/minimum wages as per notice by the Govt

Manning, maintenance and operation of DG sets in THREE SHIFTS from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 and 2200-0600 hrs including Sunday and gazetted holiday with one operator consisting of the following :- (a) DG Set 75 KVA, 15 KVA , 50 KVA & 200 KVA (b) LT Panels (c) Change over switch (d) Batteries Shifts timing : 1st Shifts 0600 hrs to1400 hrs .2nd shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 3rd shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. Operating Staff required = ONE Operator (FGM) Fitter Genaral Mechanic (semi skilled) per shift, Shifts required = Three shift of 08 hours daily including Sunday & Holiday. Repair and maint of external electric supply , HT/LT distribution system and attend & rectify daily complaints at 1 AFSB complex Dehradun as specified and directed in THREE SHIFTS from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs including Sunday and gazetted holidays by providing one team consisting of following :- Shifts timing : 1st Shifts 0600 hrs to1400 hrs Operating Staff required = ONE ELECTRICIAN (skilled) per shift, Shifts required = Three shift of 08 hours daily including Sunday & Holiday. Basic rate/minimum wages as per notice by the Govt

Note: For Item No.1 to 4 Note(i) Life Insurance for all the personnel shall be ensured by the contractor . (The contractor shall be provide minimum 3 lakh accidental medical claim and minimum 10 lakhs life insurance coverage during contract period.) (ii) Minimum T&P Required for the Operator to be provided by Contractor. (iii) All safety Device required of the Operator to be provided by Contractor. (iv) Any damages to the machinary/Operater occured due to miss handling of Equipmet will be compensated by Contractor. (v) Minimum Wages to be paid by Contractor Through nationalised Bank ECS mode as per Labour Commission Act. (vi) Minimum qualification of the Operator is Xth passed with minimum 6 years experiance as pump operater/Govt / Govt approved ITI or equivalent before deployment of Operators,qualification Certificate of individule to be Provided & got varified. (vii) Weekly off as per Lobour act to be given to the Operator& reliever to be Provided by the Contractor at no Extra Cost. (viii) POL required for DG Set shall be collected by the operator from the Department stoe.

(ix) Contrator has to Provided 02 pair of Over all Combination (as approved by Department) to each Operator. (x) In case of absenteeism of any Operator/Helper in a Shift/Duty,double the amount of Shifts is recovered from the Contractor. (xi) After Complition of work Contractor shall return all the temporary passes to AF authorities and certificate to obtained & the same be enclosed with Finel Bill. (xii) Contractor shall obtain a Affidavit from all deployed Operators/Trademen/Helpers that they are deployed temporary by the Contractor for 11 months through Outsourcing & They have no legal binding/with department regarding/employmenty/parmanent or any other compensation due to accident/break of jobs. (xiii) Cost of cotton rags for daily maintenance of equipment shall be deemed in quoted rates.
