Excavation in foundation for retaining & brest walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge. (Ordinary soil. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Slip clearance (by manual means) of loose earth and other small loose materials including disposal as directed by the Er-in-charge, including supply of all materials, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203, P.C.C grade M 10, Nominal mix 1:3:6 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Dismantling boulders laid in wire crates including opening of crates and stacking dismantled materials. as directed by Engineer-incharge including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 By Mechanical Means Cement Concrete including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201, By Manual Mean in area of thorny jungle including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 Random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar in 1:4 cement mortar for substructure complete including supply of all material, labour and T&P for proper completion of work.

Epoxy mortar treatment over eroded concrete surface or in jointing of stone etc. of piers of Head regulator gates in ratio of 1 Kg Resin (Araldite GY 257) : 0.5 Kg Hardner (Aradur840) : 6 Kg Quartze sand with prime and seal coat, including making all arrangements, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Making holes in X-Drainage Slabe at appropriate location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and welding nipples of dia. 15mm of suitable length to facilitate injection of epoxy mix and plugging the hole after grouting by welding including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and injecting of epoxy mix grout in composition Araldite GY-257 (resin) (Water Borne System) (100 pbw): Aradure 54 (38pbw): Aradure 2958 (4 pbw) (Hardener) by suitable gun/pump at required pressure in hollow/cavity inside of draft tube including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work but excluding cost of making hole and welding of holes after grouting. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade English and Roman. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Applying priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Voletile Organic Compound) content with water thinable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50grams / litre including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (This item excludes cost of boulders along with cost of filling of boulders in gabions).

Providing and Laying Stone Boulder manully in Gabions / Wire Crate Stone note less then 25 kg to 30 kg in Different Place & Hight including supply of all materials, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (As per PWD Specification) including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Relaying of existing stones pitching after dismanteling of partially damaged slope including supply of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work but excluding stones.

Supply unskilled labour for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer in charge for proper completion of the work.

Engaging & operation of one no. wheel type excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB/L&T/BEML etc) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper, including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.

Engaging & operation of one tractor along with one dirver and one no. helper & trolley having hydraulic jack arrangement. including cost of fule lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. Capacity of tractor must be not less than 45BHP, and loading capacity of trolley must not be less than 2.25 cum. Payment for engaging tractor with trolley shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If tractor is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul it, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also tractor shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor. Cost includes the average running of 20 km per day.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, 50mm average thickness, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect, Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Hire charges of welding machine with single phase with welder, helper and electrodes for repair and welding of gates, door, window etc. for eight hrs. in a day. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Surface Preparation remove Algae Fungi and hydro jetting as per standard Operating Procedure provided by the manufecturer (as per technical Specification) including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting on Concrete/Steel Surfaces with Epoxy Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
