Dismantling of existing old, shabby, grotesque 100kVA substation by way of dismantling of damaged HT insulators, damaged drop out set and wooden rottened joists/planks etc and extraction of 7m ST pole by manual means. Also dismantling of old steel structure bed by required mechanical operations viz., cutting and manual means complete. All tools and tackles required shall be arranged by the firm.

Relocation and Construction of 100KVA substation by way of: i) Earthwork/ excavation of trench for HT poles as per REC standards.

ii) Providing, fitting and erection of 9m steel tubular poles (SP 33) for H-Frame as per REC standards.

iii) Providing and fixing of three number of 11kV polymer type insulators as per REC standards.

iv) Providing and fitting of 11kV polymer type surge arrestor having rated voltage 11KV Rms with discharge current of 10KA (set of 03 pieces).

v) Providing and fitting of 11kV 3 phase 200A polymer type drop out set (set of 03 pieces).4

vi) Providing and fitting of 11kV 3 phase 200A polymer type G.O.D. complete with all accessories viz., G.I. pipe, handle etc as per REC standards (set of 03 pieces).

vii) Providing and applying of metallic paint to two number poles complete as per REC standard.

Providing and fixing of G.I channel/ angle iron/flat iron including clamps, G.I V-Cross arm, F-tops for substation and poles as per REC standards. ISMC 75×40 channel: 6 No. ×9ft @17kgs per channel…(102Kg) V-cross and F top: 2No. (21kgs each) Clamps: 10kg Nut bolts: 5 Kg

Cement bottoming of ST poles and vertical posts of platform in M15 mix as per REC standards with 20mm stone aggregate including all formwork and carriages upto site complete.

Construction of steel structure bed by required mechanical operations viz., cutting, welding and other required operations by way of providing and fitting of departmental material which includes rolled steel channels and angle iron and M.S. plates. The detail here as: i) VT posts fabricated out of ISMC 150. (5 No.×5ft = 25rft ii) Hz beam fabricated out of ISA 50×50×6 (4No. ×5ft = 20rft iii) Hz beam ISMC 75×40 (3No. × 5ft = 15rft iv) M.S. chequered Plate 4ft×4ft×4mm

Providing and fitting of angle iron 50×50×6mm for horizontal, vertical posts and brackets for extra strength of steel structure bed complete by required welding.

Providing and applying of one coat metallic paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to whole steel structure bed.

Supplying and fixing of 5 No. of earthings for 100kV substation, by earthing of one No. transformer body, 02 No. neutrals, 01 No. lighting arrestor and 01 No. G.O.D by way of providing and fixing of GI solid electrode rod of dia 25mm, 2.5 mtr long each five No. through GI Strip of size 40mmX6mmX50m long, fixed and laid from lightning arrestor to GI rods, transformer body to GI rod and from neutral to GI rods by required GI nut bolts/revits.
