Single support (erection+grouting)

Erection with digging of pits for Stay as per RESPO manual in all type of soil, grouting of Stay rod with Cc 1:4:8 cement block including cost of ballast, cement and sand, after grouting back filling of soil and boulders in the pit and ramming, nozzaling and fixing of Stay wire with Pole and stay rod as per drawing for 11 KV / 33 KV

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of 11KV /33 KV line in 3 phase (3 Phase 4 wire) of the following wire as phase wire with G.I. earth wire complete including fixing of all accessories in 3 Nos. conductor in parallel with binding and jumpering as per profile and sagging chart. for Panther (33 KV line)

Special type earthing of LA including welding of earth strip

Guarding of line over (Telephone / Road / L.T. line crossing as per drawing with 6/8 SWG G.I. wire including fixing of guarding channel/angle as per RESPo manual. L.T./11 KV / 33 KV

Fixing of bracing set on double pole and four pole.

Mounting and fixing of Lightning arrestor set (3 Nos.) on double pole structure including making all connections by G.I.Strip size 35×6 mm to earth point (including cost of G.I.Strip)

Painting of poles with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of Red Oxide Primer and two coats of Aluminum Paint and two strip of fluorescent alternate Red and White paint 30 Cm wide upto 1.5 Mtrs. from ground level.
