M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall over one coat of cement primer and 1mm thick wall care putty including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on ceiling over one coat of cement primer and 1mm thick wall care putty including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Complete removal of existing roof treatment including cement plaster and tarfelt from concrete roof/chajja and cleaning of concrete roof/chajja by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., and M & L for rendering 15mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof maintaining proper slope over existing roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked. .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item as supply only).

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane comprising with the following courses of treatment/ specification from bottom to top complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs/ sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) Over the priming coat 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.50Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm. Membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:-(i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done thermo fused by flame torch all as per the method of manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm shall be given at the end and sides of the membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 100 gms /sqm. Make of APP membrane:-Dr Fixit manufactured by M/S Pidilite Industries/ MOPLY FP 3MM manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited/ Hyperplus by IWL India Ltd.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick, second class hard wood Plain framed, panelled shutters (any number of panel) with panels of 12 mm thick veneered particle board medium density, with commercial face veneers, fitted to chowkhats; size of various components as specified in SSR Part-I Section-8, clause 8.24(a), 2nd class HW shall be as per IS 1003( Pt I ) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge without sash bars etc with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters all as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.23 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size 300x200x6 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1: 4), set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays, joints between panels & wall shall be filled with mastic filling of sand & bitumen 85/25 grade using 3 part of dry sand and one part of bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls including brooming down , applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of cement primer and 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repair 20mm dia stainless steel curtain rails fixed over brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring with fire alarm system complete with fittings( Steel conduit, flexible conduit, smoke detector and heat detector) removing material to store for safe custody for reuse and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as directed.
