M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better, fair finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching,girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guniting is done with polycretes admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycretes admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Beams and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars all as specified & directed (TMT bar shall be measured and paid saparately).

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Beams and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 14 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 10 mm dia reinforcement bars all as specified & directed (TMT bar shall be measured and paid saparately).

M& L for fixing rebar of required length & diameter for structural connection in RCC slab, Beams and similar situations including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain concrete upto depth minimum 100 mm or as per manufacturers specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy Arcylate based anchoring adhesive at all heights and levels, 12 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 08 mm dia reinforcement bars.(TMT bar shall be measured and paid saparately)

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, beam, RCC member, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 5 mm dia upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, beam, RCC member, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips including U-shaped stirrups with necessary welding required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (I) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed including M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class "B" bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), (up to two story Bldg) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class "B" bricks , straight or curved on in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4), (up to two story bldgs.) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on steps, jambs, pillars, walls, cooking platform, floors, aprons, skirting etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in floor on steps and landing in single piece over 20mm thick cement screed and jointed with ditto as per item over and including cement screed base of CM 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 18 but in vertical surface as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars over 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:3 here-in-before, complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Udaipur green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, riser/skirting, jambs, pillars, window cills, floor, and like over and including including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including rounded edges with shade of Udaipur green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite as approved by GE (table rubbed and polished) in floors and like over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.’ Note : Minimum rate of granite should not be less than Rs 150 per Sqft including GST"

All as per Item No 21 above but in vertical surfaces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, interloking , paver block any type or pattern including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for super gloss vitrified floor tiles (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm of size (600mm X 1200mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) No cutting shall be done in the roof for laying PVC conduit for ceiling point wiring. In this specified portion wire shall run through the existing conduit or surface new conduit shall be provided as required. (iii) In case the wiring is encountered with any beam/column, then the wiring will run on surface to avoid any damage to the RCC portion.
