Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaes in roads, paths, etc., cutting around eges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg oer 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed mecadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG 10 ) grade @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving Bitumen 60/70 (VG 30 ) grade, laid by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for preparing concrete/bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/un intrrupted), arrows, letters etc exceeding 10 cm width & 2mm thick with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials not less than 5 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No. 356) over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F, in repair,cat eye solar refelective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm thick with PAMA strilens reflector complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F solar road stud , size 125mmx125mmx25 made of aluminium alloy die cast body fitted with six bright JEDs (three ib each sude) procted with polycarbonate sheet cover and Leds are cohhected with electronic circuit power by Ni-Mh or NI Cd rechargable battery solar panel fitted on top of the stud with water tight body complete and fixed all as epermanufactures instructions and all as specified Make :- Model No Dhruv of Dark Eye or equvalent as approved by EG.

S&F metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm heigh duly powder coated and thermo plastic polyster elastomer 3 bands of Green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Rate quoted for the item shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of concrete, excavations and earth work required & any other minow works reqd at site. (ii) Make - Model No DA 952 GP of Dark Eye or equivalent as approved by GE.
