M&L for taking down carefully ceiling fan of any make, size, capacity from its position, dismantling complete fan, examine complete parts thoroughly, oiling, greasing on all parts and complete overhauling of fan including replacement of small parts such as split pin, nuts, bolts, screws and reassembling complete fan and make fully functional, re-fixing the fan in position including replacement of three core copper wire of suitable size from fan motor to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of over hauling, rehanging & testing complete. (ii) Fan bearing, bush, capacitors, fan blade and down rod if essential to be changed will be measured and paid seperately).

All as per item No 1 above but exhaust fan of any make, size and type complete .

M&L for spray painting to exposed surfaces of ceiling/exhaust fan any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (as per existing colour) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray gun , including preparation of old painted surface by scrapping or complete removal of old paint, filling cavities with zealer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of iron down rod/connecting rod of ceiling fan of size upto 600 mm with new nuts, bolts and safety pins complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of fan blade assembly 1200 mm sweep pearl white complete all as specified and Directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring ( light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), makinging good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with FRLSH 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (multisranded) single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping (ISI marked) with all fittings accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor for earth conuinuity conductor to earth dolly and using PVC moulded boxes for mounting switches, sockets including all specials like joint, Tee, elbow, junction bend etc for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.
