Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches inside & outside wall surface of LH Tower of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, scaffolding/Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts all complete as for LH Tower all height per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing to cracks in masonry inside & outside wall surface of LH Tower including racking out the joints in V shape,cleaning out,wetting,grouting with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 river sand ) including disposing the debris from the site etc,scaffolding/Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts including Supply of all labours,materials,tools,scaffolding and curing etc .complete for LH Tower all heights..

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) above plinth level including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants scaffolding/Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts and all other charges etc. complete for LH Tower all height.

Providing wood work in frames of windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).Second class teak wood including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,ladder and all other charges etc. complete for LH Tower all height.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws,Second class teak wood, including removing damaged fitting and Disposing unserviceable materials from the site etc,Second class teak wood including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,ladder and all other charges etc. complete for LH Tower all height.

Providing and fixing AL. fittings (Heavy duty of approved ISI brand of anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) for doors,windows,ventilators,cupboards of shutters and as wherever directed (with brass screws including removing of old ones) including removing damaged fittings with disposing unserviceable materials from the site etc for LH Tower all heights including supply of all materials tools,labours & plants etc complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Granite gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for tread with parallel groove ling ,Riser with nosing round edge, Flooring window sills and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite of any colour and shade area of slab over 0.50 sqm for all height.including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. complete for LH tower all Height .

Removing dry or oil bound distemper/water proofing cement paint by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete at LH Tower all heights including cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding,transportation etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, ( Berger /Asian )over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete..including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,curing,ladder and all other charges etc. complete for LH Tower all height.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats)( Berger /Asian ) over water thinnable priming coat with cement primer inside surface of Lighthouse Tower including filling the holes at LH Tower all heights of lighthouse tower all as per standard specification including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings,ladder for all height etc complete.

Painting to lighthouse tower to the exterior on existing painted surface with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour( Berger Luxol Higloss/Asian paint Apcolite) in alternate bands after scrapping ,removing the worn out paint , cleaning, preparing the surface at LH Tower all heights all as per standard specifications and as directed including supply of all materials,scaffolding/Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts, labours, tools, rope, etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on new work for Door & windows(Berger /Asian)as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. complete for LH Tower all height.

Providing and Fixing of LH Top Hand railing of GI Pipe of “C” Class Heavy duty “TATA/JINDAL” Brand as per drawing of specified size /shape ,including proper finishing of welding joints,applying one coat of anti corrosive primer coat ,transporting ,grouting in CC (1:1.5 :3)and anchor fastner as directed by engineer-in-charge. including cost of supply of all labours,materials,tools& plantsscaffolding and all others charges etc. complete for LH Tower all height.

Painting two coats on previously painted metal surfaces with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger) to give an even shade after scarping, sand papering, cleaning, washing, preparing the surface etc. as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. complete for LH Tower all height.
