DAY TO DAY MAINT IN AT RESIDENTIAL AND TECH AREA OF DEAL UNDER GE (I) RND DEHRADUN

Dismantling floors hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item Ser No. 2.00 here in before but in skirting/dados etc.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 rough finished to receive wall finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for virified Ceramic tiles dark shade/double charged/ ultracharged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item Ser No. 5.00 here in before but in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair finished wall surfaces even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dubbing out 15mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete/stone surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
