Renovation and Construction Work in Urdu Primary School, Baidpur, Block Nirsa, District Dhanbad

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scafolding taxes and royalty all complete as per buildings specification and direction of E/I.

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm. depth. watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per Direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster(1:3) with clean course sand of F.M 1.5 with floating coat of neat cement in skirting including rounding of junctions with floor, curing taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 25mm thick first class patent store flooring (1:2:4)with stone chips in two layers , bottom layer 19 mm thick (1:2:4)with 12mm to 6mm size graded stone chips and top layers 6mm, thick (1:2)with 6mm down stone chips , in panels including cost of curing fininshing the surface smooth byrubbing with carbondum stone ,taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I

Taking down chaukhats in doors including stacking serviceable materials within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I

Taking down chaukhats in window including stacking serviceable materials with 15M lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flats as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, hoisting carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specific-do-.

Supplying fitting and fixing 20 gauge G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60x60x6mm. Including cost of fabrication providing necessary locking arrangement with Haskell and downy duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction E/I.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives "Snowcryl - XT" of M/S Snowcem India Ltd, or equivalent of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10sqm. Over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint Snowcem Plus or equivalent applied @ 2.20 kg./10 sq.m. )
