Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30cm thick, watering , ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc, n.exc 1.5m height from base

Supply only Moorum/Red bajri suitable for filling as per relevent IS Code obtained from outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each, Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen of VG-10 with 4% binder content laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, using roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and vibratory roller complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreagte) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, & n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm and over dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for formwork to sides of fair finished surfaces of walls, retaining walls and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concreteM-30 (20mm graded aggregates) in foundations, including rafts, plinth beams footings foundation, basement slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concreteM-30 (20mm graded aggregates) in wall, retaining walls, of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 mm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material exc 50m and upto a total distance 250m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. all as specified and directed

Suface dressing n.exc 15cm deep in hard/dence soil.

Excavation over area n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil

Form work to sides of concrete fdn footing base of columns and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of fdn and plinth beams and similar wk vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified

Form work to sides of pillars, post, struts, piers, columns ans stanchions in rough finished surfaces Square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified

M&L for 20mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using mabble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified

S&F Fe-290 (Gde E-165) Framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fiting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete

S&F 1.60mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screw, clouts nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turnning up, mitred angle etc as required complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
