REPAIR AND MAINT OF EXTERNAL FIRE FIGHTING PIPE SWT PIPE LINE AT RALAWAS UNDER GE BANAR

Material and labour for repairing/servicing the Electric induction motor and centrifugal pump coupled type by carefully disconnecting the connection cables and earthings, disconnection of electric, water supply connections both side (suction and discharge side) and fixing of dummy plates as per site requirement. Removing side covers, servicing, greasing, changing of gland packing, gaskets, defective minor parts and re-assembling, testing, preparing the surfaces of the motor and pump for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and commissioning the motor and pump of capacity 60 HP to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rent of T&P for handling the pump motor assembly during dismantling and refixing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contatcor. (ii) Major spare parts of motor will be measured and paid separately under following respective items No 2 to 4

(a) Gland bush as per existing size and make

(b) Ball bearing as per existing size and make

(d) MS Coupling as per existing size and make

M&L for servicing of diesel engine having 3 cylinder, 51.5 KW capacity, 2000 RPM for smooth functioning and checking of their components i.e fuel filter, air filter, alternator, & visual checking of piston movement, soundness of moving components all as specified and directed. Note : (i) spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule
