Shifting of single rails from stock yard to Flash Welding machine.
Carrying out the flash butt welding of 60 Kg 1080 Grade, HH rails with IRCON’s welding plant at Ancheli FBW depot. Contract including unloading of the rails to the rail bed with gantry crane provided by IRCON, pre grinding, foot grinding,bottom grinding,profile grinding of rail top & gauge face and numbering of joints etc by contractor.(The work can be done as per RDSO manual of flash butt welding of rails (revised January-2012).
Shifting / lifting of 250 meter welded rail panel from conveyor rollers to panel stacking yard by using group of hoists and stacking of welded rails in stacking yard.
Shifting / lifting and stacking of 250 meter welded rail panels from panel stacking yard to BLC wagon by using group of hoists .
