Taking out of existing LT UG cable of size 3½/4 core, 25 to 240sq.mm including taking out protection bricks complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Earth work & excavation will be measured and paid separately].

Supply, lay, connect, test and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 4 core 25 sq.mm complete all as specified and directed. [Note: (i) Necessary test results like continuity test, megger tests shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before the cable is laid. (ii) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately].

Re-stretching of existing loose overhead LT ACSR conductor wire along with GI wire (4/5 wires) for sagging within the permissible limit, including winding/ rewinding/ joining with aluminium winding wire of not less than 2 sq.mm size in case of breakage of conductor, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during stretching].

Disconnecting and taking down aluminum conductor steel reinforcement (ACSR) of any size from existing over head line all as directed.

M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) as in over head conductor fixed to insulators mounted on LT poles with aluminium tapes for binding complete all as specified & as directed Note:- (i) Weight of ACSR conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between center of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of size and length provided and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (ii) The weight of aluminium tapes shall not be added in the weight of the conductors for payment purpose.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete including dismantling existing rusted sections all as directed.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces of steel electric poles/ masts of height up to 7.5m (exposed) by scraping with emery paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and applying one coat of aluminium paint including lettering on poles such as Pole No and source point of electric supply with white enamel paint on black back ground, zebra painting up to 1.2 m height from ground level with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in 30cm height of alternate bands all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs to existing LT panels by cutting, welding of hanging doors on all sides, replacement of hinges as required, repairs/ making good of PCC pedestals, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including labeling of panel complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down existing LT air circuit breakers of capacities ranging 400 Amps to 1250 Amps from panels, carrying out servicing comprising checking/ repair of mechanical system of ACB, checking/ repair of the manual closing/ tripping of breaker, lubricating the moving parts and refixing the same, re-orientation and connecting up complete all as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole all as directed including use & waste of necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Excavating manually in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc. 10sq.m. on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Supply and spread river sand as in cushioning for UG cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part I. [Note: Punned down thickness shall be considered for payment]

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 16 of tender document i.e. Rs. 1,30,060/-
