Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, relays, contactors, indication lights, etc. from APFC panels and static capacitor banks including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware as required at site.

Supply of super heavy duty capacitors of various capacities, rated at 440 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC, complete with discharge device and terminal cover and fixing clamps. Make standard/L&T/ DJB Approved make

Banking of capacitor units to form suitable capacity capacitor banks using aluminium links / cables lugs and necessary hardware etc as required at site.

Supply of 12 step microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters. Make: Standard/L&T/DJB approved make

Supply of capacitor duty contactors model MOC25 or equivalent suitable for capacitors upto 25 Kvar. Make: L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of capacitor duty contactors model MOC50 or equivalent suitable for capacitors upto 50 Kvar. Make: L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of indication lamps of various colours to replace defective lights. Make: FTC/Vaishno/Technik/ DJB approved make.

Installation of all components mentioned above using necessary hardware, including incoming / outgoing connections with copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. As required at site

Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points, decarbonising of joints, alignment of doors, checking of all nuts and bolts etc. As required at site

Testing and commissioning of APFC panels including following:i. Continuity and earth testing.ii. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor.iii. Meggerring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body , neutral to earth and phase to earth.iv Monitoring of power factor.

Supply of sheet steel panel made out of 16 SWG sheet, suitable to accommodate 5 nos. Capacitors(1 kvar, 2 kvar, 4 kvar, 8 kvar, 10 kvar) rated at 400 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase and 5 nos. MCB, duly painted in Siemens Grey paint complete with electrical interconnections with copper wires/aluminium bus bars etc. As required

Supply of 35 sq. Mm, 3.5 core aluminium armoured cable for connection of static capacitors banks to the main line. Make: KEI/ Havells/ Polycab/ Syntron/ DJB approved make

Termination of 35 sq. Mm cable with brass compression gland, lugs etc. As required at site

Installation, testing and commissioning of static capacitors banks using necessary hardware and earthing with 8 swg GI wire etc as required at site
