Tightening and fixing in position loose hanging copper/aluminium strip of any size on wall or building roof using new insulators of porceline of approved size and fixing existing copper strip on the same as existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour as in repair for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised wire of 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers amde of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of required size (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightining arrester or main controlling switch as directed inclduing provideing funnel with 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (med grade) wire mesh charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concreate earth pit in PCC (1:3:5) type C-1 (with 20 mm grade aggrate). 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 12 mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling ang removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part -I (2009) complete including testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :-GI protection pipe and earth lead upto 7.5 mtr deemed with quoted rate

All as per item No 2 here in before but using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead and earth lead protection pipe should be 40 mm dia GI light gde.

All as per item No 2 here in before but using galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead and earth lead protection pipe should be 40 mm dia GI light gde.

All as per item No 2 here in before but using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3.15 mm copper strip as earthing lead.

M & L for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate of 90 x 60 cm x 5 mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 4.0 meter below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 3.25 meter below ground level connected to and including copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm x 7.5 meter long & connected to test point terminal block by means of copper nuts,bolts,check nuts & washer etc all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the following. (a) Excavation & earth work(filling in ,ramming in layers, watering etc as directed in any type of soil for earth pit of size 1.23 meter x 1.2 meter x 4.0 meter deep. (b) 20 mm bore mild steel galvanized iron tubing light grade for watering purpose complete including connecting with nearby water point. (c) 63 mm bore mild steel galvanized iron tubing light grade 2.85 meter long for strip protection (d) Common salt and charcoal dust in alternative layers of 15 cm up to 90 cm above the top of copper plate & one layers of 15 cm magnesium sulphate (Mg o4),Appx Qty of (Salt - 500Kg, Charcoal - 1000 Kg & MgSo4 - 150 Kg). (e) Earth chamber built in cement mortar 1:3:6 ype C1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size 600 mm x 600 mm 600 mm (overall internal) comprising 15 cm thick PCC bed extended 10 cm beyond outer face of wall and 15 cm thick wall,50 mm thick PCC bed extended 10cm beyond outer face of wall,50 mm thick RCC Chamber cover slab in RCC 1:2:4,type B1 nforced with XPM(weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) having MS angle frame of size 50 x 50x 3 mm with lifting arangement.MS frame painted with anti corrosive bituminous paint & overall chamber cover painted with two coat green cement based paint including marking the chamber as earth pit with writing of inspection test date & earth result with black & white paint, Strip 32x6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe orfixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip 32x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm in ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe orfixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Copper Strip of size 20 X 3 mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Copper Strip of size 32 X 6 mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors screws etc. for roof conductors ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing galvanised iron 32x6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors screws etc. for roof conductors ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of ceramic supporter with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement of test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled & screwed including 3 hole,8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head with nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in replacemen air temination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 18.00 here in before but copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 40 mm bore GI tubing, light grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for earthing strip protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for colour coding of earthing pit cover with the following colour :- Red for chemical earth pit. Yellow for conventional earth pit. The numbering/marking of earth pit will be in capital black colour and is to be done as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for industrial salt for earthing pit recharging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for technical grade Magnisium Sulphate for earthing pit recharging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C1( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation / concrete blocks / earthing chamber / chamber cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

S&F in replacement of 15 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade galvanized with all fitting and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends to iron pipe and fixed to 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing marker made out of ms sheet not less than 3 mm thick complete with painting and write the specification, type earthing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing air cooled Ductable split unit air conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity of 11 TR, R-, Eco friendly refrigerant, hi wall split units indoor and outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate are including taking down outdoor unit, indoor unit & all accessories and deposited to MES store yard wadsar.

Supply and install vertical pack type (Tower AC) indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, twin rotary compressor, single phase units 220V - 240V, 50 Hz of capacity as shown capacity 4 TR complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate are including taking down outdoor unit, indoor unit & all accessories and deposited to MES store yard wadsar.

M & L for copper pipe (copper tubing) suitable for 11 TR Ductable AC complete as existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for copper pipe (copper tubing) suitable for tower AC 4 TR complete as existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for controll cabling from outdoor unit to Indoor unit of Ductable AC/tower AC complete as existing /suitable for new unit complete all as specified and directed.
