Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M.S. Rolled sections of grade Fe-410-W (Gde - E-250), quality - A, (beam, tee, angle channel or flat section) as in as in framing for supporting structure of duct, cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel plate of grade Fe-410-W (Gde - E-250), quality - A, plain or chequered channels, square cut to notch (ordinary or counter sunk forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surface over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying a coat of coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerb or similar work, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Preparation of existing concrete dock wall surface of dry/ oil/ damp by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vacuuming equipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing two coats of carbonation resistant film chemical not lees than 150 micron ( dry film) per coat over a coat of of 150 microns primer on treated area of Concrete wall for protection of exposed concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- 1) Carbonation resistant film chemical manufactured & its primer shall be make of M/s FOSROC, brand name "Dek gaurd S" or similar product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. /M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch 2) The quoted rate includes necessary scaffolding and safety gears upto (0 to -15mlevel)

M & L for drilling /cutting holes on the top of RCC berth / jetty by mechanical or any other suitable method to a depth of 20cm with superficial area 36 Sqcm minimum including S&F high tensile 20mm dia holding down bolts of 40cm long with 6mm thick MS base plate of size 50mm x 50mm welded to the bolt head including grouting (epoxy 'HILTI RE -500' or any other grouting compound approved by E-in-C's branch) inserted by mechical drilling for foundation frames , all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in flooring finishing top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) including SBR latex emulsion @ 3% by weight of cement all as specified on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specified and as directed.( 1) Make of SBR emulsion M/s FOSROC / M/S Sika India Pvt. M & L Complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of walls / ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm dia (OD) mooring ring made from 32mm dia round bar fixed to 02 Nos 150 x 150 x 12mm MS angle 300mm long fixed with 04 Nos nuts and bolts of 25mm dia and 300mm long drilled to RCC berth/beam and inserted the bolts and grouted with HIliti Hit RE500 chemicals and sand, stone aggregate and chemical including necessary welding and painted with red oxide primer and rubberized paint etc complete all as per shown in the drawings. Note: The above quoted rate inclusive of removing the existing worn out/damaged mooring rings and Testing of mooring rings will be mesured and paid seperately.

Cleaning & removing old materials from construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide from jetty floors and M&L for application of primer to the groove and sealing the groove with polyurethaene based flooring sealent manufactured by M/s FOSROC / M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch of approved make and filled with ceiling compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable HDPE pipe by cutting through concrete slabs and Supply and fix new HDPE pipe of 110mm dia as rain water pipes fixed to walls/ceiling including all fittings and fixtures like bends distant pieces branch line, MS clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old concrete surfaces & applying 350 Microns thick in one coat of two component system epoxy based bonding agent to receive polymer modified, cementitious mortar, of Make M/s FOSROC, Product name Nito bond EP, or techno commercially equivalent similar product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. /M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying polymer modified, cementitious mortar fibre reinforced, single component shrinkage controlled, (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Make or equivalent in Sika / Choksey or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch) having a compressive strength of 40 MPA strength for reparing of RCC members complete all as specified and directed including taking down the damaged portion of concreteand removing the debris outside of ND (V) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chipping and making rough the existing concrete surfaces of the berth deck/gallery floor/slab/ beams/ coloumns etc and cutting out corroded/rusted/worn out reinforcement and replacing the same with new reinforcement by welding with existing reinforcement at both ends with adequate overlap and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia at suitable intervals and making good the disturbed concrete surfaces with 50 mm average thick (as per floor slope availability) PCC (1:1½:3), type A1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), neatly finished to match with adjacent surfaces Work in compact area, entry and exit through man holes, below ground level complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- 1)The unit rate quoted for the item should include use and waste of form work required to hold the concrete in position till attaining minimum strength. 2) Reinforcement / welded mesh if ordered shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items in this schedule)

Supply only Mild steel bars TMT of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Welded steel wire fabric TMT of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of exposed surafces of rusted steel reinforcement of any dia with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement using brush to form a uniform thickness of 40 microns and should ensure with no gaps left out on the reinformcement. (Fosroc-Nitozinc primer) @ 3.0-3.5Ltr /Sqm surface of steel reinforcement in two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Stainless Steel, 316 grade , stair case safety railing Vertical posts of size 100mmx100mmx3.0mm thick, 1100mm height, top of the post shall be cut to receive the 50mm round railing pipe and the vertival post welded to a base plate of size 100mm X 100mm X 5mm thick ,made out of SS316 heavy duty, maintenance free, corrosion resistant, aesthetic looking stainless steel extruded sections. The post shall be fixed to the staircase treads/landing concrete surface of dry dock with four in nos M12X150mm anchor fastners. For fixing M12 bolts ,a hole of 16mm dia shall be first drilled into the concrete to depth of 100mm and shall be filled with epoxy grout of Lokfix E75 of M/s Fosroc or Hil ti Re 500 after thorugh cleaning of drilled hole. M12 bolts shall be inserted into the epoxy filled hole and SS vertical post shall be grooved in to the M12 bolts and fixed with nut and washers tightly to the post.The unit rate quoted shal include the cost of post, fixing of one vertical SS post in position inclusibve of drilling holes(4 nos) in the concrete, Epoxy, M12(4Nos) bolt with nut and washers. all as specified and directed including taking out old post.

Supply and fixing of horizontal chains (one end fixed to vertical post and other end removable type) with a sag of 150mm for railing with SS 316 garde 10mm dia bar bent to oval shape chain of 50mm X30mm (minimum, outer size) for safety railings, made out of SS316 heavy duty, maintenance free, corrosion resistant, aesthetic looking stainless steel extruded sections.The SS chain shall be welded to the vertical post at one end & hooked at the other end at 300mm & 600mm from the bottom of the vertical post . (The length of each horizontal chain shall be 2.150m (including 150m sag) in general or complete all as specified and directed including taking out old chain.
