Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles/laying of pipes, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr but n.exc 3mtr deep in loose / soft soil for laying of LT under ground cable and getting out incl dressing and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick in trenches after cable have been laid complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foot paths in any thickness as required at site, exposed surface of roads finishing surface smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 10 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks , removing, returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply , erection of PCC pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Description as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230X230X6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc. all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed . Note: Only excavation and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

M & L in replacement cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor PVC sheathed suspended by insulating hanger not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspension wire, cable size 10 sqmm twin core stranded conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 40 mm exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts saddles pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement GI tubing 80 mm bore light grade, on poles,on walls, under floors, road crossing, as required at site complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Clamps, Nut bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid separately.

Description all as per item No 21 above but 40 mm dia.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-In-Charge.

M&L in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white or brown 1100 volts grade 100 mm height and 65 mm dia with GI spindle two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Electric driven copper wounded fan motor 500mm sweep, three speed (high /medium/low) with metalic blade duly painted with synthetic enamel anticorrosive oven cured paint fitted to body, 1400RPM, 230 Volt, 50Hz and submersible pump for required flow of water (single phase) having nominal air flow capacity 4000cum per hour, wood wool pad shall be of proper thickness as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L MS work such as angle iron flat iron (40mmx40mmx5mm) for desert cooler stand in any shape and size complete welding and cutting as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Size of angle iron, flat iron will be as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure triple pole and neutral 12 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 415 volts, double door incl concealed in wall, incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Enclosure will be concealed on wall or fixed on pole/wall as per site requirement without any extra cost. All demolition, cement work, clamps, nut, bolts, washers etc include in quoted rates. (ii) Cost of making description as per section of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Supply and Fixing in replacement MCCB TPN 63 Amps, 415 volts, 16 KA, 4 pole, Ics= 100% Icu , overload adjustable short circuit fixed type incl complete connection all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement isolator/MCB 40 Amps, 240 volts, SP, breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement , installation commissioning and testing polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made LT Panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical should be IK-08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacture of board/panel shall be submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ICE 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacrurer of board/panel shall submitted a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with EIC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily. Temperature Rise, dielectric properties, short circuit withstand current rated peak & short time withstand current and rated conditional short circuit current, Effectiveness of protective circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for polycarbonate thermoplastic board only. The test report submitted of other material of construction like MS , SS will not be applicable Guarantee and warranty certificates will be accepted only from orginal manufacture. The panel should pass glow wire test 960 C in accordance with 60695-2-11 flame retardant and self-extinguishing. Outdoor Box for MCCB suitable for 63 amp to 200 amp complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, Note : (i) Enclosure will be concealed on wall or fixed on pole/wall with MS chamber minimum 3mm thickness as per site requirement without any extra cost. All demolition, cement work, clamps, nut, bolts, washers etc included in quoted rates. (ii) Cost of making description as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Taking down old switches and S & F of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) . Three phase load of 8 KW for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level . Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF < 10 Lux. The sensoe should also have part night operation facility of min.4 hrs to max 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Beurarl loss & phase reverse incl power contractors ( 3 nos of capacity 25 amps per phase each) and incoming ( 3 nos of capacity 32 amps each) - outgoing MCB (3 nos of capacity 32 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 Sqmm. The sensor, VSM, power contractor, MCBs incl conected items should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric sock proof termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. Dismantling and taking down old UNSV street light fitting and Material and labour for new LED street light fitting of 70 watt system wattage and high pressure die cast aluminium housing with sealed toughened glass cover, TOP opening separate driver compartment with frame IP 66 protection suitable for pole mounting SMD led array with lense , cool white 6500 K LED efficacy>120 lm/W and system efficacy 90 lm/W, 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, CRI>70% operating voltage range 160V-300 V, power factor>0.95, working temperature range - 20 decree C to 60 degree C , built in surge protection of more than 9KV with facility of power supply shall be removed without removing light fitting from pole incl make proper connection complete including cutting, welding, drilling holes,SS nut bolts& washer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix new street light bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia approx length not less than 120 cm bend to shape including new clamps made out of MS flat of size 30x4 mm thick including cutting, welding drilling holes, nut bolts, washers etc including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix of passing through pipe , 1100 volts grade heavy duty, PVC insulated armoured 3 core copper stranded conductor cable of size 4 sqmm nominal cross section with connection in KIOSK box and street/security light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply ,installation commissioning and testing out door type cubical panel board outer shell of size 400x400x300 mm made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platfrom 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body abd door ) lockable/openable with arrangement of pad locking on both doors incl 2 Nos of pad locks of three keys shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50 Hz, incl Aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps. tested at factory approved from CPRI approved factory fabricated having modern febrication and testing process follwed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction conforming to IS : 8623/93 comprising of the following :-

NOTE :- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs,SS nuts & bolts, SS washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel size and drawing shall be approved before placong of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE . (iv) The bus bar connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating busbar strip type duly insulated. (v) Luvers shall be provided with steel (SS) jali provided only.

Supply and laying in trenches GI pipe 50 mm bore medium grade ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Disturbed surface shall be make good by contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC Float valves of size 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
