Material and labour for (in existing location and position) taking out and refixing after repairs, including rewinding of Desert Cooler fan motor of, 3 speed,1400 RPM of capacity 1/5 HP with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size ( as per existing ) incl Bush/Shaft/Ball bearing as per existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and replacement of oil filled capacitor 4.00 MFD for desert cooler fan motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of bottom tank and top ( in existing location and position) of approx size - 750 X 750 X 200 mm ( as per existing ) for Desert Cooler of 18 gauge PGI sheet with and including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide primer on the new surfaces to match with existing surface outside and inside surface with approved quality paint including leakage testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for ( in existing location and position ) replacement of front grill ( as per existing )( horizontal and vertical members moveable) of the Desert Cooler of 20 gauge PGI sheet with Name plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of side supporting columns to be fabricated out of 18 gauge PGI sheet of size 80x80x800 mm with and including necessary nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of side/rear panel of 20 gauge PGI Sheet with suitable handles with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to match with the existing desert cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for painting to old steel surfaces of Desert cooler capacity up to 5000 Cft with one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint hammer tone paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide primer on external surface and one coat of anti corrosive black paint inside the Body tank and side grills over a coat of red oxide primer complete including scraping/rubbing with wire brush on old surface of Desert cooler and writing of MES No etc complete at site or at E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of Desert Cooler fan motor capacity 1/5 HP three speed, 1400 RPM single phase with aluminium fan blade, bracket supporting stand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of submersible pump of discharge head 2.5 Mtr 220-240 Volts AC Supply single phase 40 watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of Wood wool pad for Desert Cooler of size 500 x 550 x30 mm (set of three pads) superior quality including binding properly with GI wire of 16 SWG complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of MS weld wire mesh having apparture size 25 mm and fitted in side grills/rear complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of Wood wool pad Heavy duty for Desert Cooler of suitable size (set of three pads) superior quality including binding properly with GI wire of 16 SWG with grill complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable copper conductor 3 core 1.0 Sqmm cross sectional area superior quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of PVC water distribution cup of one inlet and 3 outlets fixed with MS nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of PVC elbow suitable for desert cooler (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of PVC pipe 15 mm dia heavy duty for Desert Cooler Pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for painting to desert cooler stand with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of motor fixing ring (not less than 25 mm width ) for desert cooler eight screw / clip type(asper sample) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for taking down desert cooler installed at ground floor safely , including cleaning inside , outside , motor oilng sevicing and pump servicing including putting up in same location and position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. NOTE: Any replacement of spare shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A'.

M&L for taking down desert cooler installed at first floor safely , including cleaning inside , outside , motor oilng sevicing and pump servicing including putting up in same location and position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Supply and fix in existing location and position PTMT stop cock 15 mm dia high pressure screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix in existing location and position PTMT Ball valves 15 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M & L for wiring for circuit / sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR LSH PVC insulated , multistranded copper conductor cable ,( 2 X 1.5 Sq mm + 1X 1.5 Sqmm ), single core drawn in and including PVC casing capping 25 mm width , to be fixed on surface/ ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and replacement of 3 Pin Plug Top 06Amps ISI Marked 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of PVC Connection pipe ISI Marked 300mm long heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of PVC stop cock ISI Marked heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and replace PVC moulded box of switch socket combination of cap - 6 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for dismantling and removing old burnt out copper winding wire of ceiling fans of size - 1200 mm (48” ) sweep and rewinding with New super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge as per old copper winding pattern and design to give same performance as per original fan providing insulating media , varnishing (Golden), Cleaning, Oiling, Greasing etc, including replacement of u/s ball bearing/ bush & model and refixing all the parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

All as per item No 31.00 here in before but Exhaust Fans of size 9" ( 225 mm ) Sweep – ditto- complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

All as per item No.31.00 here inabove , but for heavy duty AIR CIRCULATING/Pedestal fan of size - 600 mm ( 24" ) , 1400 RPM, including replacement of bush / bearing of approved, alongwith replacement of osscilating mechanism and regulator and refixing at location in unit line A/A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. NOTE:-(i) For Ser Item No 31.00 to 37.00. The super enamelled winding wire is to provided of appropriate gauge as approved by EIC. (ii) Any un-serviceable part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schule 'A'..

Hanging only ceiling fan repaired or new any size and connecting up to the ceiling rose including taking down old u/s fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Note:- 1. if ceiling fan fel down any cause contractor will responsibal for this accident

Fixing only exhaust fan of any size at MD/OTM Accn in unit lines of Army Area and connecting up to the ceiling rose including taking down old u/s fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

All as per item No 58.00 here in before but Exhaust Fans off any size/ Sweep – ditto- complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M & L for pvc stand for capacitor including connection etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for louver of MS sheet 3 mm thick for e/fan off sizes complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fixing connecting PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded,unsheated cable of size 23/0.0076 up to the ceiling rose,lenth of cable 0.60 RM for each job complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Note for all items :- MES No. of cooler and fans with exact location for which repair work is carried out shall to be mentioned in MB while recording the measurement.
