Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

White washing with lime to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) with a base coat of whiting

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Collection & deposit of tennis ball in and around the tennis court during tournament etc. complete as per the instruction of EIC (Labour engagement : 6 nos per shift x 3 shift)

Cleaning of surface and painting of lawn tennis court floor with ITF approved acrylic coating (including 1 layer of primer, 1 layer of colour coat & game line marking) as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing MS road barriers of size 6.5 ft x 4.5 ft with double frame made of 40mm MS pipe of desirable colour and stickering of MCL logo over mid 450 mm wide MS plate and one layer of MS jali 50mmx 50mm mesh size with 4 nos wheels for free movement for supply at site as per instruction Engineer-in-charge.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
