The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450) mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps and other accessories. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required. a) Single Pole

Angle 65x65x6mm/ 50x50x6 mm. The work includes cutting holes and providng M.S. Bolt of 16x40 mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01 no. spring washer of proper size. a) Double Pole Structures

Grouting of supports in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450) mm x 1/6 of full length of the support, upto ground level. Work also includes back filling & proper ramming.

Double Pole Structure

Grouting of stay rods (16x1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30) mtr. In ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand & brick ballast) including back filling of soil & proper ramming.
Fixing, tightening & nozelling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension including providing & fixiing of stay insulators of 11 KV & stay clamps.
Earthing of supports with M.S. Earthing rod including excavation of pit & driving M.S. Rod 3 mtr. apart from support & 0.5 M below the ground level & connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. wire.
Reconnecting of earthing rod of 11 KV/L.T. line with G.I. wire & bolts & nuts for earthing of new poles.
Laying, spreading, lifting & final sagging of following conductor including binding & fixing of accessories for 33 KV,11 KV& LT line.

ACSR Weasal conductor
Chopping of branches of trees lying on the 11 KV line & disposal of the same at suitable place for clearance of line.
Strainghtening of old existing tilted supports complete in all respect after digging of pit.
Resagging of 33 KV line after opening the binding of insulators & rebinding & rejumpering complete in all respect.
Resagging of 11 KV/ L.T. line after opening the binding of insulators & rebinding & rejumpering complete in all respect.
Dismantling of damage poles after digging of pit with safety of man & material & dismantlling of all accessories creating hinderance in line.
Tightening of loose stay after opening of stay wire with stay rod & retightening of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension.
Remounting of fallen 11/0.4 KV T/F on double pole structure after rectification of defect at site with proper binding & jumpering complete.
