Dismantling, Shifting and reinstallation of 4 way TPN DB along with MCB and isolator i/c interconnectios etc as reqd

Shifting of existing metal box of 150mm X 75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, connection i/c dismantling from old site etc. as required.

Shifting of existing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, i/c dismantling from old site etc. as required.

Dismantling, Shifting and reinstallation of existing meter box along with switchgear i/c interconnectios etc as reqd

Dismantling & transportation of existing panel along with switchgear to new Kollapur Exchange i/c loading and unloading etc as reqd.

Replacement of 3 no's 63 Amps porcelain type fuses and 1 no 40 Amps neutral link on Hylum sheet of 6 mm thick in the existing box etc., as required.

Dismantling and reinstallation of existing earth busbar suitable size porcelain insulators, including making good the damages etc. as required.

Laying of 25mm x 5mm G.I. strip in 40mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connections with GI nut bolt spring washer excavation and refilling etc., as required.

Laying of 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Transportation of 25 x 5 mm GI strip from Bhootpur store to Kollapur exchange i/c loading and unloading etc as reqd.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 2runs of 2 core 16 Sq.mm Aluminium weather proof service wire i/c 1 No 14 SWG GI wires i/c suitable tying, interconnections etc., as required.

Providing and fixing of 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm MS Angle iron frame for the meter board and including cutting, welding, grouting, painting etc., as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and Earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a)Group B

Supplying and fixing of 4' 18/20W LED fitting suitable for operation on 240V, 50HZ AC supply including interconnection, testing etc., as reqd. (M/s Philips, CG or ss make)

Wiring for circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/on existing tray/ recessed PVC conduit, etc. as reqd. a) 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

b) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Providing and fixing of 8 SWG dia GI wire on surface or recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit /sub main wiring / cable etc., as required

Supplying and fixing of 12" Heavy duty exhaust fan of 1400 RPM suitable for operation on 230V, 50HZ AC Supply at the location specified by Engineer-in-charge i/c cutting the container / shelter / wall / door, welding, bolts & nuts, proper sealing with sealant etc., as required. (M/s. Almonard/Crompton/SS Make)

Supplying and fixing of gravity damper suitable for the above exhaust fan to restrict entry of rodents and rain water i/c proper sealing with sealant etc., as required.

Supplying and Fixing MS Louvers of 600 mm x 600 mm size, made of 0.6 mm thick MS frame, including cutting, welding along with G.I Mesh i/c cutting, welding, one coat red oxide and paint, along with suitable accessories at the location specified by Engineer-in-charge i/c cutting the container / shelter / wall / door, welding, bolts & nuts, proper sealing with sealant etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of Quartz Analog Daily Timer Switch suitable for working on 240V, 50Hz, AC supply including fixing the timer in new suitable MS box, cutting welding, painting etc., as reqd. M/s L&T FM1 or SS make
