Drilling for lowering of M.S.casing pipes 550-500mm. Dia confirming to IS-4270-2001 with uptodate ammendments, if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 60 Metres to 100 Metres below ground level complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Drilling for lowering of M.S.casing pipes 500-450mm.dia confirming to IS-4270-2001 with uptodate amme dments if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 100 to 150 Metres below ground level complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Lowering at site Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Stainless steel cage type "V" wire wound screens of size 300 mm dia, outer dia.322.00 mm load tensil 186.39 KW end 8 mm thick with slot opening 1.00 mm as per IS-8110-2000 with up to date amnedments ,if any and material specifications as per AISI : American iron /steel inst "Type Grade SS -304 in suitable lengths as per conditions, including the cost of SS socket 8 mm thicknesss of length 140 mm (Supply by the Department )confirming AISI grade 304 ,suitable to accommdate screen and ring including jointing screen with blind pipe complete in all respect including cost of all scaffolding derricks ,poles clamps embedding in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting , threading and welding of pipes etc. with in all leads and lifts ,complete in all respects as per the Direction of Engineeer-in-Charge. Supply, lowering and fixing in position IS-Marked Mild Steel bail plug of 200mm/330mm. Diametres with 'U' hooks as per IS-2800-1991 with uptodate ammendments,if any complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, fixing and lowering in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole as required complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Development of Tube-Well by backwashing method with Air Compressor of minimum 750CFM capacity Pumping pipe of 200mm. Size and Air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method, till the Well is thoroughly developed as per Clause-4.2 of IS-11189:1985, with upto date ammendments, if any; complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Development of Tube-Well by continuous over Pumping method with V.T.Pumps/Submersible Pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the Compressor method/design discharge, untill the well is sand free as per IS-11189:1985 with uptodate ammendments, if any; complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The draw-down and discharge to be established by running the VT/Submersible pump continuously for 8 Hours in the presence of the officer not less than the rank of the Assistant Engineer.
Testing the verticality of the Tube-Well as per Clause-4.3 of IS-2800(Part-II)-1979 with uptodate ammendments, if any, using plumb or plunger 6mm.smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the Well casing. The result of the verticality test shll be recorded on proforma shown in Appendix-A of IS:2800(Part-II)-1979 with uptodate ammendments, if any, as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

The outer doors & Window shall be in double shutters and aluminium grills for windows. Internal wiring shall be in PVC conduits as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Supply of submersible pumping set of KSB/Crompton/ Kirloskar/BS/Clama make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible sq cage motor shaft conf to BIS 9283-1979 with up to date amendments of 1450 (N) RPM, totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear,It should be fitted with device to take up expanion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts 3 Phase 50 C/S AC supply. 2nd Stage: - Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, In series/parallel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 4508 FN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS/Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping unit only) to slip ring/ squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor /motors of standard make such as Kirlosker/BHEL /Crompton /NGEF /GEC/Siemens /ABB and suitable for operation on 400(+/-)10% volts,50 cycles /second.3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. All the operation shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment (latest addition) HP PWD/IPH specification, HP & IPH departmental norms, directions issued by Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practice. The chlorine gas shall be provided by the contractor itself .
