Supplying and Filling in Basement Filling with M Sand in layers not more than 15 cm thick , well ramed and consolidated complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG stone jelly and M.Sand for Foundation and flooring including cost,conveveyance of all materials and labour charges to laid in layers not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc, complete with standard specification

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, StairCase Waist Slablanding slab landing beam Canopy etc in all floors with all cross Bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10BG stiffened withmild steel angles of size 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre etc, complete and as directed.

Supplying, Fabricatung and placin g in position of RTS or MS rod for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc,complete complying with standard specification

Reinforced cement concrete in 1 : 1.5 : 3 , mix using 20mm iss HBG stone jelly and M.Sand for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering and stell but including laying,vibrating, curing and finishing ,fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherevver necessery and bearing surface of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beam shall be finished smooth with cement mortor 1:3 and craft paper without claiming extra cost., complete compying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Brick work in Cement mortor 1:5 (one cement, and five sand) using Country Bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm and M.Sand for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortor 1:5,12mm thick with M.Sand including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications
