Measuring range 0.01% to 100% for all elements. Also mention the absolute measuring range of all elements with proof Standard deviation ≤0.1% of absolute Measurement Time ≤10 minutes in CHNS mode Controller Must be equipped with electronic mass flow controller and digital flow sensors for accurate readout of flow Pressure and flow sensors All pressure and flow sensors must be electronic for better accuracy. There should be no analogue pressure gauges. Flow meters on the analyser must be computer controlled. Kit for the measurement of fluorinated samples. 2. Furnace System Furnace Should have two zone furnace system, separate for combustion and reduction with independent temperature control for each furnace. Temperature Controlled furnace Temperature should be 11000C or more. Documentary proof needs to be attached Additional features Should have possibility to use ceramic/quartz ash finger to handle high inorganic/halogen or fluorine contents sample. Warranty 10-years free replacement warranty on the furnace 3. Separation System Separation Advanced Chromatographic separation of gases. Full separation of all analytes and there should be no peak tailing or peak overlap. Sulphur being a crucial element, should be analysed with higher column temperature (separation column) than Nitrogen, Carbon, and Hydrogen. All necessary accessories/ options in this regard should be quoted as mandatory items. 4. Autosampler System Sampler system Electrical auto sampler system with 60 positions or more. Pneumatic auto-sampler is not acceptable. Requirement Zero blank sample injection system 5. Detector System Detector Oxygen intrusion free thermistor technology-based Temperature stabilised TCD detector or IR detector for measurement of C-H-N-S. Warranty 10 years warranty on TCD or IR detector needs to be offered. 6. Consumables Consumables Consumables for 5,000 sample analyses in CHNS mode. 500 Tin capsules need to be offered separately. System/Software updates to be given free of cost. Should have segmented leak check through software to enable identification of exact position of leaks. Windows PC with i5 or higher with 8GB Ram or higher and 1TB HDD +Windows 10 OS or higher with 21” monitor needs to be offered. 8. Warranty The entire instrument along with all accessories should cover a warranty of 3 years and further annual maintenance contract for 2 years
