Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Floor Mounted Inverter ductable type Packaged AC Units of specified capacity 198000 Btu/hr, 16.5TR (11TR Inverter + 5.5TR fixed type), micro processor based including humidity control system for maintaining 60+-5% RH with scroll condensing unit to maintain 22 (+/-) 2 degree temp at conditioned space, working with voltage range 360v-440v, including charging Eco Friendly Refrigerant gas along with all standard fittings, PCBs, overload relays, safety devices, HP/LP cut-out, single phase preventer, vibration isolation pads, corrosion resistant body, canvas connection between indoor and duct, energy efficient with inverter type compressor suitable for operational on three phase AC electric supply, including electric control connection between indoor and outdoor unit and power cabling as required with cable tray at exposed area including suitable size of LT 3 Ph electrical cables connection from nearest LT panels, MCB/MCCB's/Isolator and DBs for safety of equipments complete all as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 1 continued.. Note:-(i) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. Schematic diagram of the system duly verified by OEM shall be submitted by the contractor. (ii) One display board of schematic diagram/layout of the A/C plant drawn on Acrylic white sheet with coloured paints duly marking the details duly fabricated with suitable aluminium frame of not less than 1m x 1m all as specified and as directed. (iii) Supply and fixing glow sign board of package type AC plant size 1500X300X150mm, weather proof made of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm with white acrylic sheet 2 mm thick and writing “MES package type AC PLANT, NIAT ONLINE EXAMINATION HALL, GE (NS) KOCHI” with arial black font with suitable size not exceeding 150 mm and minimum size 100 mm and provision of 03 Nos of LED tube light 20 watt with driver and other accessories and grouting on floor/roof/wall with suitable primary and secondary supports with necessary electrical connections all as specified and as directed. (iv) Supply and fix fire extinguisher Light weight squeeze grip type CO2 extinguisher (IS:2878) 3 Kg capacity - 2 Nos. (v) Any other minor civil masonry work required for erection and smooth functioning of AC plant such as opening in existing wall for duct work, closing of open area at AC conditioned area with playwood/insulation meterials, return air grill, cable duct work exhaust fan etc and piping, opening in ceiling for grills/diffusers finishing of opening to match the existing work all as specified including diversion / shifting of existing internal electrification work.

Item No.1 continued.. (vi) Necessary PCC/MS foundations for indoor and outdoor units all as per site requirements and OEM specifications. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit cost. (vii) 50mm min thickness PUFF sandwitch panelling shall be provided as partition wall for indoor units including necessary entry for servicing all as per OEM recommendations and as directed by EIC. (viii) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (ix) XLPE aluminium cables for connection from nearest LT panel to control panel of package type unit will be paid seperately under relevant item. (x) If the required capacity not available,the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. Make: Blue star/Carrier/Daikin

Supply and laying of Refrigerant piping (Suction & Discharge) Hard drawn from hard copper tube of suitable sizes as recommended by OEM , with copper elbows, tees all connecting material for Indoor and outdoor unit connections complete all as specified and directed. Note: One run of both Suction & Discharge pipe line along with insulation shall be measured as one length.

Supply and laying of Drain pipe with 32 mm PVC pipe along with 9 mm nitrile sleeve as recommended by OEM with necessary fittings and supports complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 22 Gauge(0.80mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Acoustic Insulation of 09 mm thickness at inside the duct with Insulation of 09 mm thickness at inside the duct with engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 passing class 1 Fire performance test and with built in antimicrobial protection; Applied using manufacturere recommended rubber based adhesive in blend of solvents complete as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & Installation of Thermal Insulation having 25 mm thickness on Ducts in side the roof or exposed area(if requred) using Closed Cell Class 'O' Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation to be applied on Ducts using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of material and labour Machine made powder coated supply air grills and diffusers of aluminium construction including 18 G GI collar dampers for supply air inlet complete all as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of material and labour Machine made powder coated return air grills and diffusers of aluminium construction all as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 250 mm x 250 mm fresh air arrangement with external cowl and bird screen along with with volume control damper complete all as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 4 core 25sqmm clamped on walls/floors/trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm (Upto length of 7.5 Mtr strip including) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia) complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing and connecting up Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe as directed/specified for loop earthing etc as required of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note; This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site after the length of strip 7.5 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multistranded single core copper conductor cable in PVC concealed conduit rigid non metallic ( ISI marked ) fixed concealed on wall /roof except beam, column and RCC roof including chases cutting, modular white cover plate,flush metal box etc incl 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor as earth continuity wire for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Note: two run of 4 sqmm size PVE cable , one run of 4 Sqmm size PVC cable as earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length complete all as specified and directed.
