Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete incl fixtures and fittings suze as swithes, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, ssockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (Credit for above items should be as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm(Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC conduit of 20 mm dia ISI marked with complete accessories, including galavanised iron steel sunken boxes suitable for switches, sockets, also including PVC insulated and unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, including taking down of existing point wiring and their connected fittings & fixtures like switches, sockets, Ceiling rose, fan regulator etc and making good disturbed surface with white wash or any type distemper as per existing colour of building complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/Exhhaust fan point controlled by one one way switch Note for Point wiring:- (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be include the price of G I sunken box , switces, sockets etc of any size & shape. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be included rate of dismantling of existing point of any type including fittings & fixtures complete. (iii) The quoted rate is also deemed to be include the rate of cover plate, blank plate of any type and any size.
