Repair & Maintenance of drinking water lines/ sewage lines /canal mouth cleaning and sewerage block removal etc in township area of FACT (Cochin Division).

Removing the blocks from sewage lines, manholes, gully traps etc, in township area including depositing the waste materials away from the premises, cleaning the premises of chambers, minor repair to the damaged man- holes, gully traps, sewage lines wherever required for a period of one (1) month as per departmental instructions. (Blocks in sewer lines shall be cleared on a daily basis)

Dismantling and clearing away any thickness of rubble, brick, laterite in CM including disposal of debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Clearing grass,cutting and removing over growth of vegetation and small trees up to a girth of 30 cm including removal of rubbish to low lying areas upto a distance of 1KM as pointed out at site by suitable means and leveling the area as directed by the Engineer-in -charge with all charges.

Trimming, dressing & sectioning of road berms, slopes & earth surface in all classes of soil and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 m and levelling the area.

Clearing & cleaning all sizes of masonry drains (inside drain, top of side wall etc.)

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete- Up to 1.5 m depth from ground level.

Providing reinforcements to RCC works with MS / Tor steel rods including all charges for conveying, straightening/uncoiling, cutting, bending, placing rods in position & tying with GI / black annealed tying wire of suitable gauge etc. complete. excluding cost of reinforcement.

Brick work in CM 1:6 with country burnt bricks of nominal size for foundation and basement.

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Charges for plastering with neat cement flushing coat over the base plastering,excluding cost of cement
