Removing of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment taking down cement plaster etc of any description and cleaning of top surfaces of cement concrete flushing out junction of parapet walls and washing down with water complete.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roofs using 3 mm thick APP in following stages (i) M&L for providing 10 mm thick cement sand screeding in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions & top surface finished even & smooth . (ii) M&L applying first coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.300 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces . (iii) Over the primed surfaces applying a tack coat of hot Industrial bitumen grade 85/25 applied @ 1.20/Sqm (iv) Over the tack coat applied surfaces applying 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyester reinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/sqm . The APP membrane shall be laid with a side overlap of minimum 75 mm & end overlap of minimum 100 mm . (v) Over the dried & cured APP membrane applying two coats of Aluminium paint of approved make all as specified & directed by the Engineer –in-charge . Note : For Vertical surfaces like Parapets etc nexc 30 cm in height the treatment as specified above shall be taken up to the full height & over the width of the parapet wall. Where the height of the vertical surfaces of parapet walls is exceeding 30 cm in height the treatment shall be inserted in the wall at 30 cm height by cutting a groove of size 7.5cm x7.5 cm all as specified & directed at site. APP treatment shall be carried out by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer .

Supply only water proofing compound

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs.

S & F 500 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl connecting up pipes securing access covers etc as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n. exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exceeding 500 ltrs and n exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.
