Excavation in trenches, in hard/dense of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables, post holes for poles/ stays etc n. exc. 10 sq.m on plan and getting out,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S& F Un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover conforming to class LV Type-I , flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, laid dry over electric cable for protection,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erection in truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters) with 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to poles, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection including taking down of old unserviceable existing pole any size any type ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S& F XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, passing through pipes or along poles including taking out old/unserviceable cable,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade aggregate) as in coping including all necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Street light bracket made out of GI pipe 35mm dia light grade 1.2 mtr duly bended in position as per site requirement and including 2 Nos and 2 set MS flat iron clamps of suitable size complete with 03 set nut , bolts and washers for mounting street lights,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F LED street light 40 watt Pressure die cast aluminium housing Cat part- BRP 409 LED 040 CW HO MRFG S1 PSU GR of Philips or equivalant make of Syska, Bajaj and Havells comprising of epoxy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame 40X1. watt LED mounted on MCPCB complete all as specified.

S&F LED street light 91 watt Pressure die cast aluminium housing Cat part- BRP 410 LED 091 CW HE MRPC S2 PSU GR of Philips or equivalant make of Syska, Bajaj and Havells comprising of epoxy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame 91X1. watt LED mounted on MCPCB complete all as specified.

M & L for Dismantling of existing old unsv light Supply and fixing of LED Flood light LED 60 W with high pressure die cast housing and IP65 Protection,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.Make Bajaj Cat Part No. BJFL60WLED or equivalvent in Havells/Philips.

S&F Cable junction box of size not more than 250x150x75 mm with 6 Amp MCB SPN and Al bus bar fixed along the wall/pole without removing and preparation of surfaces for painting externally. Painting the cable junction box complete externally by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for PVC cable 1.5 sqmm for controlling street light including clamp, nuts and bolts , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for GI tubes galvanised iron light grade 40 mm bore laid in trenches/across roads/alongwith walls/poles as protection to cables and including taking down of old unservicable GI tubing,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for DB’s, single door single pole and neutral, 240V, 2 way including blanking plates where required, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make: Havells, L&T, Indo Asian

Earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connecting to the galvanised iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and steel earth wire including provision of concrete pit made from PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in pit, angle iron 25x25x6mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel, wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, salt, charcoal, etc. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule 2009 (Pt-I) and connected to earth test point all as specified including testing on completion.

Note : - Contract sum will be derived after deduction of Rs. 15150.00 as listed in Schedule `A` Part -II (Schedule of credit).
