Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil lift upto all height, stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonary(un-coursed brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: Six sand: twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above G.L to Ist floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) of 2nd class bricks complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors/windows frame manufacture from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means adjustable lugs with split and tail including steel but hings 2.5mm thick with guards lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer within all leads and lifts.(Profile-A)

Providing and fixing glazed and panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows & clear story windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete within all leads and lifts .

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. upto 20mm thickness within all leads and lifts.

Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever and bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. in depth in all heights from floor within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete within all leads and lifts .

Suspended floor, roofs landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonary in common brunt clay building bricks in super structre above Ist floor level in cement mortar 1:4( One cement : four sand) of 2nd class bricks complete within all leads and lifts.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar in 1:3( One cement : three sand) (flush pointing) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roof grouted with cement mortar 1:3(One cement :three sand) over a 12mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) and finished neat over RCC slab within all leads and lifts.

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3(One cement :three sand) within all leads and lifts .

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks/concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks /stone masonary for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flats square or round bars with rounded headed bolts and nuts or by screws within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using glavanised MS wire gauge of IS gauge destination 8 SG with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood (40mm thick) within all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling behing retaining wall under floor within all leads and lifts .

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(One cement : Three sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed "U" shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) and in side plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (One cement: three sand) including earth work and laying 10cm cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement: five sand: ten graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 7.5cm cement concrete 1:2:4(20mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as standard design within all leads and lifts.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamp type-I of 16 mm dia MS bar bend to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop as per standard design within all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on un-decorated wall surfaces( two coats) to give an even shade, including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar, dust and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture( Two coats) and of required shade on un-decorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including primer coat of whitning after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts.

Finsihing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc.within all leads and lifts. (300x16mm)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ( Barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screw etc. within all leads and lifts. (200x10mm)

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour of shade with necessary screws etc. within all leads and lifts. (100mm)

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with ready mixed paint brushing the shade including cleraning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts.

Terrazzo tile flooring present terrazzo tiles 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified sizes laid in floors treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades within all leads and lifts.
