Earth work in foundation in ordinary soil including lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 30 meter and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches:(Building) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying,cutting binding and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications , for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. 8, 10,12,16,20 mm dia bar as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal ofform for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concreteas per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal ofform for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Strutsas per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal ofform for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantileversas per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal ofform for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platformas per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) including water proofing admixture. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
