Erection of following Single Support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories, like top channels & clamps as per Respo construction manual.

Grouting of ST pole-55 in size (.45x.45x1/9) length of support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1Cement:4Graded Stone:20mm nomial size:8 coarse sand) Block Including cost of material in all respect.

Muffering of ST pole-55 in size (.45cmx.6cm) radious with CC ratio 1:3:6 (1Cement :3core sand:6 graded stone 10mm nomial size) Block size 45cm height from ground level Including cost of material in all respect.

Fixing and tightening of stay set with pole and stay rod on required tension as per respo for 11 KV Line

Grouting of Stay set in size (.6x.6x.3) in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1Cement:4Graded Stone:20mm nomial size:8 coarse sand) Block Including cost of material in all respect.

Fixing of M.S. earthing rod 20×2500 mm for earthing of support as per RESPO drawing No. RES-12 including digging earth rod 0.3 m deep below ground level connected to support with earth wire 16 swg fixing of all accessories in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Fabrication of 11 KV X- arm

Cost Of Replacement Of 11 KV X-Arm including opening of nozzeling of conductor from insulator and rebinding the same after replacement of damage/Broken X- Arm

Fabrication and Installation of Guarding (on avg of 45 Mtrs Span) for protection of road/telephone lines/HT/LT lines as per RESPO Drawing No RES-48 with guarding channel size 100x50 mm and GI wire 8/6 SWG cross wire including fixing with all accessories in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Fabrication of MS Channel Angle iron after cutting in required size with holes upto good finish for top channel/Bracing and special type of brecket as per respo.

Straightening of Tilt/leaning pole by diigging of pit around the pole and refilling the same by stone and soil and with the help of Manpower/turfer

Cost of Resagging Of 11 KV Single Ckt Line Conductor, Jumphering etc. Including Earth wire.

Laying, Stringing And Sagging Of Earth Wire

Cost Of Rejumpering with the help of PG Clamp

Route clearance by cutting of tree branches, looping and chopping of tree for 11KV line.

Painting of following structure of steel tubular poles with two coats of Aluminum paint Berger Luxol quality over one coat of red oxide primer and P.O. red on top above guarding angle in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.
