Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable capacitors bank and S&F new cylindrical type capacitor bank in existing APFC panel of capacity 30 kvar , 3 Phase , 440V , 50 Hz complete incl making all necessary connections and cutting chasing if required in existing APFC panel incl testing complete all as specifed and directed. Make :- Havells/L&T

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type APFC controller display and supplying and fixing new APFC digital type power factor controller meter showing actual power factor with automatic controls having measurement sensivity of 2.5%, incl Online display of PF, Voltage, Current, kVAr, capacitor overload and Panel temperature including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing incl cuting if required in existing LT APFC panel complete all as directed. Make :- Havells/L&T

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type ampermeter from LT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase ampere meter digital type including CT, of range (0-500 Amps), of size 96x96mm for LT, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing incl cuting if required in existing LT panel complete all as directed. Make :- Havells/L&T/HPL

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type voltmeter from LT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase voltmeter digital type PT operated, of range (0-500 V), of size 96x96mm for LT, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cutinf if required in existing LT panel and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells/L&T/HPL

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Indicator lamp assembly LED type from LT panel and supply and fixing new Indicator lamp assembly LED type RYB including making connections with 2.5 Sq mm copper conductor single core PVC insulated cable and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cutting hole if required in existing LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below grond level, earth plate placed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm thick soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade ISI marked) from top edge of earth plate to main earth point to be connected and 20mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade ISI marked.with funnel with wire mesh etc. The earthing includes PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using stone agg pit, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg and angle iron frame of 25 x 25 x 5mm, all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I

M&L for tinkaring ,welding, denting/Painting to damage door and MS iron framework, including hinges of door ,nuts, bolts, washers, welding. Bending cold and hot Drilling hole for bolts, in any size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer one under coat and one finishing coat of paint with exiting colour and having letter writing ( required instruction ) in white/ Red paint, complete and taking out to existing old U/S MCCBs , Bus bar from LT panel crefully and replacement with new one aluminium lugs to incoming and out going LT cable, complete servicing testing and commissioning in all respect all as directed.

M&L for replacement of burnt copper busbar of rating 200 A to 600 A on LT panels of size 8.00 mm thick and 45mm width with proper color coding as directed after unmounting all switchgears and refixing the same after replacemnt of busbars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm or4mm dia continous earth wire on pole or guard wire for protecting fallen overhead conductor incuding winding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pin type porcelain,vitreous, white,brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height 65mm dia, 1100V grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 mtr long) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Required earth work, PCC foundation and pole painting will be paid seperately under relevant items of Sch A

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of existing steel tubular poles 8/9 mtr long ( upto 1.20 mtr from coping/ground level(whichever is on upper side)) but incl brackets, clamp cross arms etc with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl writing MES No. complete as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing of poles in same place or other place as directed after taking out pole from earth, incl transportation if required and refixing to same place or other place as directed incl necessary earth work, coping and fixing of existing over head conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 20 mm dia with nuts including GI bow turn buckle etc., all as per Electrical plate No 1 or SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, PCC will be measured and paid separaely.

Disconnecting the unserviceable under ground cable, taking out the same and supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 1554) in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specifed and directed. Note;- The earcth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A
