Providing and fixing temporary sheet fencing, repeating the procedure till the material becomes unserviceable, with ISA 65 x 65 x 6mm as vertical members, ISA 50 x 50 x 6mm as horizontal members, connected with nut and bolt arrangement. Vertical members to be fixed at 3m centre to centre and embedded in concrete block of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm. 0.4mm thick colour coated sheet to be fixed with J hook to the horizontal member to form sheet fencing. The temporary fencing should be provided at locations where compound wall is broken for reconstruction as per the security standards and for prevention of animal entry. Once the work is completed, the sheet fencing should be dismantled, taken out and re-fixed at new locations. After completion of the whole work, the material will be returned to the agency. The rate shall include materials for the work, excavation of pit for embedding concrete block for fencing post, concreting, loading, unloading, transportation to new location, erection and repetition of process etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and operating the hydraulic excavator cum back hoe loader on pneumatic tyre like J.C.B 2DX max or equivalent for cutting, levelling etc. in the operational area including transportation to and from the site of operation, fuel and driver charges and other incidental expenses on this account etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment will be based on the number of hours worked at the site for items that are not quantified otherwise.)
Dry laterite stone pitching with laterite stone blocks issued by department free of cost at various stacked locations in the operational area and preparing surface etc. complete.
Random rubble masonry with available hard stone, issued by department free of cost at various stacked locations in operational area in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). The hard stone boulders made available need to be broken to required size using mechanical breaker/ jack hammer, loaded, transported by mechanical transport, and unloaded at the work site to cover any lead and lift etc as directed by EIC. The rate is inclusive of all items mentioned above and nothing extra shall be paid in this regard.
Random rubble masonry with available hard stone, issued by department free of cost at various stacked locations in operational area, in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) above plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). The hard stone boulders made available need to be broken to required size using mechanical breaker/ jack hammer, loaded, transported by mechanical transport, and unloaded at the work site to cover any lead and lift etc as directed by EIC.
