5 Construction of granular sub-base by providing

well graded material, (Metal 25.60 mm to 53 mm

35%, B.T. Kapachi 25.60 mm to 4.75 mm 45% &

Coarse sand below 2.38 mm 20% }spreading in

uniform layers with motor grader on prepared

surface, mixing by mix in place method with

rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth

wheel roller to achieve the desired density,

complete as per Technical Specification Clause

6 Providing and laying W.B.M. of M.C. metal of size

45 mm to 63 mm size including 0.12 Cu.M. Stone

screening & 0.08 Cu.M. stone dust as filler

including spreading, watering & consolidation by

vibratory roller 80KN to 100KN static weight.

75 mm thick compacted each.

7 Providing and laying, spreading and compacting

150 mm thick graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix

Macadam (W.M.M.) specification including

premixing the material with water at OMC in

mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material

by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with

mechanical means Paver Finisher in sub-base

/base course on well prepared surface and

compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the

desired density.

8 Providing and laying bituminous grout base

course 37.5 mm thick using asphalt Grade VG-30

for tack coat at the rate of 4.0 Kg. / 10 Sq.Mt. on 2838.00 M.T. 2535.870

WBM surface and 2.50 Kg. / 10 Sq.Mt. on BT

surface using B.T. stone aggregates as per

required gradation with the asphalt of VG-30

grade at the rate of 1.99 % i.e. 19.90 Kg. / M.T. by

weight by mix including heating and mixing in

drum mix plant, transporting the mix spreading

the same by paver finisher and consolidation by

vibratory roller including cost of all materials,

fuel labours, tools and plant etc. using contractors

own drum mix plant etc. complete.

9 Providing and laying 37.5 mm thick bituminous

macadam with B.T. Aggregates as per M.O.R.T.& H

gradation and Asphalt @ 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq mt for

tack coat on BT surfae, asphalt grade VG-30

{60/70} for mixing @ 35.00 Kg. / M.T. i.e. 3.5%

by total weight including heating the aggregates

and asphalt by continuous batching of drum mix

plant and spreading the same by paver finisher

and consolidation with vibratory roller 80 to

KN static weight including providing all

materials, equipments, tools and plant, oil,

kerosene, firewood, labour charges etc. comp.

using contractor's own machineries, drum mix

plant and paver finisher etc. complete.

10 Providing and laying 20mm thick Mixed seal

surfacing using stone chipping and aggregates as

per M.O.R.T.& H gradation and bitumen grade VG-

30 for mixing at the rate of 51 Kg. / M.T. i.e. 5.1 %

by total weight of mix, including heating & mixing

the asphalt and aggregates by continuous

batching of drum mix plant and spreading the

same by paver finisher and consolidation with

vibratory roller and flushing sand @ 0.30 Cu.M. /

100 Sq.Mt. including providing all materials

equipments, tools and plant, oil, kerosene,

firewood, labour charges etc. comp. using

contractor's own machineries, drum mix and

paver finisher etc. complete.

11 Providing and laying asphalt painting on BT

surface with Bitumen grade VG-30 at the rate of

kG/10 sqm. By mechanical sprayer and spreading

the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of

0.03 Cum/ 10 Sqm. Etc. complete and rolling with

PTR roller and brushing etc.complete

12 Providing hard side shoulder of 100 mm thick for

embankment using quarry spall with all lead and

lift and including watering and rolling and

consolidation of sub grade in layers at OMC to

required dry density including filling depression

which occur during the process using vibratory

roller of 80 KN to 100 KN (selected quarry spall

having CBR value not less than 30.0)

13 Providing and fixing ordinary Kilometer stone of

approved hard stone as per I.R.C. type design in

14 Providing and fixing 5th Kilometer stone of

15 Providing and fixing hectometer stone as per

I.R.C. type design including painting, lettering etc. 39.00 No. 116.080

16 Road Marking with Hot applied thermoplastic

paints with Reflectorising glass beads on Bitumin

surface. Providing & Laying a hot applied

Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including

refflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. Sqm. Area

thickness of 2.5 mm is excluding of Surface

applied glass beads as per IRC :35-2015. The

finished surface to be level , uniform and free

from streaks and holes Zebra patta / bump patta

lane / center line / edges/ Cut patta. The white 1940.00 Sq.Mt. 367.720

colour marking should provide leminance

coefficient on cermend road shallbe min.

mcd/m2/lux and Ashphalt road shall be

minimum 100 mcd/m2/lux during the service life

during the dry time. The marking should should

meet the performance criteria for night time /

reflectivity, wet reflectivitiy and skid reasistance

as mentioned in the section-15 of IRC 35 -

17 Cat Eye / Road Stud / RPM: Providing & fixing

Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate

and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with

Micro prismatic lens (No Glass bead lens) capable

of providing total internal reflection of the light

entering the lens face and shall support a load of

13635 kgs. tested in accordance to ASTM D

Type H and complying to Specifications of

Category A of MORTH Circular No

RW/NH/33023/10-97 Ð DO III Dt 11.06.

The height, width and length shall not exceed

mm, 130 mm and 130 mm and with minimum

reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the

slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The

body of the marker should having finger grip for

easy and accurate placement and application with

epoxy / bituminous Adhesive as recommended by

the manufacturer of the marker. The color of the

marker should be as per the IRC 35-2015 and as

directed by Engineer-in- Carge.

1. The Contractor shall exhibit a board with brief details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

for which no extra payment shall be made.

2. The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3. GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

4. In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R. NO.:

MIS102010/17/K1 Dated:30/07/2018 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change

as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of

original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
